There is a designated parking stall and contactless check-in. Maui Sands allows Maui Sands Seaside guests to utilize the beach access through their property. Unit #711 has a window A/C, is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom corner unit located on the 2nd floor and can accommodate up to 2 guests. Please note there is no elevator to access Maui Seaside 711. This ocean front condo offers some of the best views on all of Maui. Located at the quaint resort of Maui Seaside, you'll feel at home the moment you step inside featuring a calming cool blue color scheme with Hawaiian inspired furniture and décor. Surrounded by sliding glass doors, there's a view from virtually every angle within this condo. You'll stay cool with the Maui winds right off the ocean and there are also ceiling fans throughout. Located in the main living area is a window AC unit which you are welcome to use!

Kick back and relax on your private and spacious wrap around lanai where you can enjoy a good book and never tire of these majestic views! Inside, there is plenty of seating to relax, dine and just hang out. The kitchen provides the perfect spot to prepare meals in. Located just across the street you'll be able to enjoy the convenience of supermarkets, farmers markets, coffee shops, restaurants, gift shops and more!

Step into the dreamy bedroom featuring a Cal-King size bed; spacious and tastefully decorated, you will be sure to enjoy a good night's sleep after a day in the sun. Just off the bedroom and hallway is the bathroom which has a tub shower and ample storage.

Standard Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation notice is received 30 or more days prior to the check-in date, a 100% refund will be refunded within 10-14 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
If cancellation notice is received at least 14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking will be refunded within 10-14 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
For a cancellation notice received after 14 days prior to the check-in date, a refund will not be issued other than the departure cleaning fee.
