Our host was fabulous with great and timely communication. We had everything we needed at the condo. Our third floor lanai afforded us the opportunity to see whales, dolphins and turtles everyday.

This condo was perfect for my family of 6: 3 adults and 3 pre-teens. Check in was easy (door code); went up 2 stairway flights.There are 2 bedrooms and 2 beds only (1 bed per room and 1 room is upstairs). My adult child slept on the sofa, which was fine. We used extra sheets and a pillow that were in the closet for the sofa. The bedroom upstairs had a lot of closet space. The pool isn't big, but it was perfect for us. We basically had the pool to ourselves during the stay, because it was a very quiet, no party area. The view was AMAZING. I never had the ocean that close. You can access the beach through a stairway from the pool area. The balcony was great; we sat there to watch the phenomenal sunset. The only little issue with the balcony was the sliding door, it got jammed, but it was wide enough for us to fit through. The kitchen had all the essentials (the lighting a bit too dim, but ok). There is no AC, but there are ceiling fans.There are windows high above that help circulate the air, as well. After being in the water all day, the temp inside was perfect. The host was kind enough to stock up the toilet paper and toiletries in the restrooms, and extra towels, sheets, pillows, in the closet. This condo complex is a bit old, but it has everything you need. We had zero hassles. My family and I absolutely recommend this cozy condo to you!
