The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. We loved our stay here and would highly recommend to anyone else. The location and close proximity to the beach was amazing.
This condo is in a great location—so close to beach, church, shopping and restaurants. Like much of Waikiki, it is a bit dated. The parking garage is a real plus.

We would definitely book this apartment again, it meet all our requirements and more, well equipped kitchen, air conditioning and fan in the bedroom also blackout curtains in the bed room. loved our 17 days in Hawaii ❤
The location and description were exactly as expected. The parking attendants were particularly kind and helpful as was the young lady i spoke to on the phone

Very professional presentation, and homey/inviting at the same time. This little condo had all the touches of home! The decor was whimsical and comforting. I would definitely request to stay in this condo again.
Beautiful one bedroom in a great location. Only suggestion for improvement is to remove some of the extra clutter/Knick Knacks/plastic plants but other than that truly a first class spot! Clean!
I enjoyed the condo, it was as described. It was stocked to meet my needs. Clean. Comfortable, well located. Walking to food, stores and free entertainment. Couple minutes to the ocean. Was great!
Overall very good. Suite was clean and very well equipped. Parking a definite bonus and a block from the beach. Last remodelled a few years ago but kept up. Only issue was lack of working elevators as they are currently being redone and waits for long and they were always full. Would stay again.
Loved our 9 days in Honolulu!! On arrival we had an easy checkin to our condo. The management company contacted us and were in communication to make sure our stay was going well.
We found our condo to be very comfortable and quiet during our sleep time. The place was very clean and we were pleasantly surprised with our view. We had a great view of the fireworks during the Honolulu festival which put the cherry on the top of our vacation. We would definitely stay at the Banyan again!!
Great condo, had everything I could ask for. It is very much as advertised. Excellent location. Parking was never an issue, I used the 5th floor so I could avoid the elevator if needed. The elevator was only an issue during high traffic times, 3-5 pm usually. There were times when I had to wait 5-10 minutes to get on because they were packed full, but there were also times when they were empty. Plan around the busy times and you’ll be fine. Easy walkable to great restaurants, shopping, and the beach! I would definitely stay here again.
This apartment was perfect for our trip. It was exactly as listed and has all of the amenities we needed. It's in a great location off Kuhio and isn't as loud as staying on Kalakaua. I would definitely recommend staying here and we will absolutely be back!
Very well maintained and laid-out condo in a great building one block off Kalakaua avenue and Kuhio Beach Park. Easy walk to great restaurants, the beaches, the Honolulu Zoo and Aquarium, and many of the most popular eating spots in Waikiki. A great base for a stay in Waikiki - I'll be coming back!
