Just minutes from Waikiki Beach, you can soak up the sun or take part in water activities, while nearby streets are lined with vibrant shops, restaurants, and cafés. The condo offers stunning ocean views from the living room and private balcony, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, 2 queen beds, a sofa, and a 55" Smart TV. Guests also enjoy free Wi-Fi and complimentary parking!

Important Notice:
The 6th-floor recreation deck (pool, BBQ, playground, hot tubs) will be closed for renovation from April 7, 2025 - Spring 2026. Rates are already adjusted to reflect this closure. Some daytime construction noise may be present near the deck area.

THE RECREATION DECK ON THE 6TH FLOOR INCLUDES:
• A spacious heated pool, accessible between 9 AM and 9 PM.
• Two hot tubs for your relaxation.
• Restrooms, showers, and a sauna, all accessible from 9 AM to 9 PM.
• A coin-operated BBQ grill with availability from 10 AM to 9 PM.
• A dedicated children's playground for young ones to enjoy.

BUILDING AMENITIES:
• Laundry rooms on every floor (coin & card-operated)
• Trash rooms are conveniently located at the end of each floor
• FREE parking for one vehicle (Max height: 6 ft)

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT:
• Check-in: after 3:00 PM
• Check-out: by 10:00 AM
• For guaranteed early check-in or late check-out, we recommend booking an extra night

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your vacation investment against unforeseen circumstances.
