Enjoy in the renovated 1 bedroom in front of the beach!! One free parking is a big plus!
Also it has the great access to the beach!! Just 30 seconds walk to the white sandy beach.
There is the special gate to the beach only for the Waikiki Shore guests. They have also the hot shower for the guests in the path.
The garden is in front of your room and you will also see the ocean from the sofa and balcony! The wide balcony withe the ocean and green trees view makes you feel relax everyday. Enjoy the breakfast and dinner there.
Welcome to an expansive newly renovated space, with sunlight beaming through the glassy lanai windows. You will quickly notice how the design of the room strikes a balance between beachy and modern, while the trade winds and view breathe life into the space.
The sound of waves carries through all of your moments in this condo, from the second you wake up in your fluffy queen-sized bed, the smell of coffee wafting from the kitchen, to the still last moments of your day spent laughing on your Fort DeRussy facing lanai.

Be sure to pay close attention to the check in process, get your keys and parking card from the management office before attempting to get into the unit.Unit was clean & the little extras (beach umbrellas, sand mats, floaties, etc) were a great addition to our short stay!

Great value, perfect location

Check in process was a little confusing. One set of instructions said key fob and parking pass would be in the unit and the other (attachment to the same instructions) said key fob and pass needed be picked up from the property managers office at a different location. Though when asked they responded promptly and communicated well through out stay. Location was perfect. Beach and park adjacent and walking distance to Waikiki shopping and dining.

Great Location

The location was amazing and convenient to the beach and easy to take the stairs on the second floor. The washer/dryer was a huge perk to clean up dirty clothes daily. My only issue was at check in not getting the code to the lockbox for my keys. Had to contact multiple phone numbers and was several hours later after messaging through VRBO, that I was contacted, but after that everything was great. We enjoyed our stay.

Nice place to stay in Waikiki

Condo is very nice, plenty of towels and very clean. Check in was a bit rough as the keys and parking pass were not in the lock box. Security at the condo was able to let us in after making several calls. Lei Hawaii Realty did deliver the keys and parking pass that evening and reimbursed parking and gave a credit for the inconvenience. Rest of the week was great but still waiting for the security deposit to be returned as they said it will take 2 weeks for the cleaning people to check the condo.

We loved it. Anytime you can find a reasonable condo on the beach is worth it and this place is worth it. The building is undergoing some renovations and you are limited to one elevayor but you make it work. Parking is across the street and it comes with all the amenitoes even a washer and dryer which I didnt know. The bed was king sized so my daughter and I could share, it was great.

Perfect location

I would stay in this building again. The location is perfect. Great for walking anywhere you need to go for shopping or food. The food place on the first floor is so good. The view is wonderful. The parking lot is convenient. I would suggest they put in a full size mirror by the front entry door and add more towel hooks. There’s nowhere to dry towels. One of the two towel hooks was missing. There’s also nowhere to put your clothes. You have to live out of your suitcase. All the other pluses of location and convenience made it worth it.

Challenges Amidst Comfort: A Critical Evaluation of our stay

Rating Details: The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay at the Waikiki Beach 1 bedroom condo had its challenges—difficult key pickup and 2 days without water. No compensation was ever made. Despite this, our stay was comfortable. However, the issues make it unlikely for me to choose them again.

Great location, check-in process is terrible

For being in downtown Waikiki, the location couldn’t be better. Having a parking spot is amazing. Having to figure out how to get your keys on the parking pass is difficult. we were lucky enough to show up during the week and before 5 o’clock, so I have to catch somebody at the business office. She did not speak English well so it was difficult to communicate, but she was able to get me the keys. I never did get the lockbox code, nor the code to the door at the condo in my email. I went back and double checked all my emails and my junk mail. It is not there. It would benefit everyone if the owner could figure out a way to skip that step. I saw other lockboxes on the fence at the condo which would be a better option, but what do I know. The toilet wasn’t working when we got there, but I quickly fix that, and some of the lights didn’t work well which weren’t an issue for us. I did request a one hour late checkout and was denied without paying extra. Given the check-in process and the fact that I had to fix the toilet, I was a little surprised by that. If you say it goes well without needing to communicate, it is a great place, I would be worried for someone who had to reach out because the response time is not very fast. The bed in the kitchen were in good order, there were towels and hand towels, but no wash clothes.

Amazing location

This apartment checked off my must have list. Fabulous location, convenient parking included , air-conditioning, an in-unit washer/dryer and a king sized bed. The apartment is very nice and exactly as seen in the photos. It could use either a dresser or some kind of horizontal furniture (even luggage racks would be fine) in the bedroom so suitcases can either be unpacked or have a place to sit on and utilize when they are opened. The kitchen area has a coffee pot but would benefit from a toaster as we ate breakfast in every day. Plenty of blankets, pillows and towels are provided, but the towels are very poor quality and both small and scratchy. It would also be nice if beach towels were provided. The air conditioning is set to a very low temperature (excessively cold) and we could not find any control to adjust it. Our biggest complaint is that the real estate company that manages it, is very bad at communication. They do not respond to emails or phone calls and we had to physically go to their office to speak with someone to deal with a situation that we needed help with. It was taken care of, but it should not necessitated a trip to their office. A day or two later we were sent a text asking how they could help us. Overall, a very good stay.

The unit had very little in terms of dishes/plates and amenities. I was especially disappointed that a beach front condo didn’t have beach towels. We enjoyed a discount in beach chair and umbrella rental which was a nice surprise. Bed was comfortable.

BE AWARE of the check in/key fob/parking process, and you'll be happy with this place. To have parking so close, this is huge. Washer and dryer, huge. Location, proximity, and access to the beach... you could not ask for much more. I have wanted to stay at Waikiki Shores forever. I would stay at this unit again in a heartbeat.

The only complaints were 1. A bit of trouble claiming the key to access the suite 2. The suite was clean but the porch floor was quite dirty 3. The sheets weren’t fitted and always became a wrinkled mess 4. There was no dish soap or dish cloths and towels. But overall we highly recommend it.

Reviewer Comments: My husband and I did stay at many Waikiki Shore condos within the last 8 years. This is one of my favorite units so far. Don ́t worry about 2nd floor location, the park views are awesome and the fact that you can use the stairs is a real ++(you sometimes have to wait extremely long for one of the lifts). The unit was clean and we've been surprised to find, salt, pepper, paper towels and dish soap in the kitchen as Lei Hawaii told there wouldn ́t be any. Parking at Fort DeRussy is another +. I've felt at home at unit 208 right from the beginning and wished I could have stayed longer. Love it. Only dilemma: the frontdoor of the refridgerator definately needs to be repainted as the rust bloom disrupts the great overall look and is extremely visible. Besides this it ́s +++ 👍

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The apartment was in a good location and was clean. Having the parking pass for the public parking lot was such a blessing! The artment itself was nice. However, working with the property management company regarding the check-in process was insanely confusing due to unclear communication (pick keys up here, swipe card here, etc) It took us over an hour of driving all over, making phone calls, speaking with multiple people to try and find the reality/property management office, instead of checking in at the actual apartment. The format/font used in confirmation and check-in emails were impossibly small to read and were as long as a novel. Also, the building is under renovation. It was super congested with construction worker, traffic and noise.
