Positioned on the quiet side of the property with city skyline views,
Studio suite 604 is spacious bright and offers a comfortable King size bed with fresh white cotton linens, great A/C and free WiFi.

The studio has a fully equipped kitchenette with apartment size fridge freezer, large microwave and a built-in twin stove with all the pots and pans required to cook a meal at home.

A Beach towel for each guest is also placed for your arrival along with hotel sized bathroom amenities.

Well-lit vanity area separate from the bathroom (ideal for couples getting ready to go out for the night) Large Walk in shower with only a slight step up of about 4 inches and of course a full complement of fresh white towels for each guest.

Good beach access

Great location to walk to beach and around Waikiki, but bed was hard, lights from surrounding buildings make it feel like daylight all night, so bring something to cover your eyes. Several cockroaches in bath area. Building is very secure.

This room was nice, and located near the beach, zoo, park, and aquarium. I had a blast and was away from the room most of the time. I slept great and the sun deck is great during sunrise. Thank You!

This is an older hotel tastefully converted to condos. King bed, A/C that works great, everything we needed in the kitchen area to prepare scratch meals. This is a city view, but you're up with the sun and back after dark just to grab a bite and sleep. Location is about a full block off Waikiki beach. Plenty of food, shops and things to do. Like any 'ole gal, she can use some TLC, but nothing that would stop this self-proclaimed clean freak from booking this unit again!! Definitely recommend!

Ideal Waikiki Beach and Diamondhead Access

This is an older condo hotel with a beautiful view of Diamondhead and Kapi-olani Park from the 10th floor balcony, and easy access to Kuhio calmwater beach and Waikiki's main shopping/restaurant drag. The square footage is modest, but fine if you don't plan to spend much time in the room. A sleep mask is recommended because the slat blinds did little to block the all-night security lights from the surrounding properties. We'd stay here again.

Staff was good. location was good. room was adequate, but had a musty smell and leaky shower faucets. The bed was comfy I guess. The AC system is one of those swamp cooler style and I think that maybe the musty smells originated from there. The place needs some fresh air flow but apparently that is not possible but I didn't really try to open up a window, which would have provided some ventilation. No real complaints but nothing to rave about either. I was traveling alone, so all in all, it was okay. Glad I didn't have my wife with me though because she is a bit more picky about these things than I am. Location is right near Waikiki Beach, which is a big plus if your a beach goer.
