PENALTY & GUIDELINES: 1. Please be aware that it’s a non-smoking unit. If smoking occurs, the guest will be charged $500 for professional cleaning and deodorizing of walls, upholstery, drapes, and linens.
2. Hair dyeing is strictly prohibited inside the unit. Violation of this rule will result in a mandatory penalty replacement fee cost of $500 to cover any damages and or cleaning costs
3. Check-out is at 10AM. Any late check-out will be charged the equivalent of a 1 night stay.
4. We kindly request that you refrain from hanging towels or any other items from the lanai.

The unit was in good shape and exactly what i needed. I personally enjoy the location of this building so it was exactly what i expected. The Harbor Pub is my favorite haunt, and Chart House is a nice alternative. Location to ABC store is excellent.

The location is perfect, in the middle of Waikiki and Ala Moana. The studio is large, with everything you need. Don't expect a welcome kit...nothing! Impossible to sleep, there are no blockout, daytime light and night lights, 24 hours illuminated at full! The air conditioning and the extractor in the bathroom that turns on with the light, are very noisy. By modifying that, the place is pleasant and in accordance with what is paid.
