The stone floor, the stucco walls and curved soffits set off the exquisite cabinetry and stone countertop of the nicely outfitted kitchen.
A queen size bed and wood chest of drawers draws your attention in the center of the room.
Draw back the drapes for a third-floor view of the flower covered treetops across the street in Kapiʻolani Park.
Step out on the private lanai for a table and chairs to take your meals along with the view of the park and the ocean.

This lovely well-appointed room is above the 2nd floor bar, and you may hear the music.
As it is priced accordingly, you will find this ocean view room a bargain.

⛱Beach chairs are either provided or available upon request - Beach towels are in the suite.

What a great spot. Could use some new Curtains but otherwise a great Room. Across from the Zoo and close to Beach. Just be mindful if you have a young one, there's a Bar downstairs... So be prepared for late night MUSIC

Simple and clean. Was a little noisy from 10pm till around 1am. But fan and air conditioning was able to cover most of it. Denny’s next door had good breakfast. Location was great…very close to beach and shops

Lovely stay & a perfect location. So close to beach & shops. Quite a compact unit & a small dark bathroom but overall comfortable & a lovely view from the deck. Loud late night music downstairs might put some off but we didn’t mind it. Air conditioning a bit tired & noisy but overall we really enjoyed our stay

At first we were taken back at how old it looked but really enjoyed the balcony and location. The restaurant is directly below it so you could here karaoke music at night hut it was ok. It was clean and good value. One block from beach and a nice view of queen Kapiolani park, Diamonhead and peek a boo view of beach.

Everything was exactly as advertised. Room is directly above a bar but we were not disturbed at all. Awesome view from the lanai to the water and the zoo. If you rent a car, don’t get anything large, as parking is very tight. Will come back here next time!

This studio is in a perfect spot. You have the beach and main strip within walking distance. I was a little bummed that we had to rig the bathtub to hold in water to take a bath and there was a pair of dirty socks left under the nightstand. I did leave those where I found them. The bed was very comfortable and we loved having the connivence of the bar and restaurant downstairs. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Over all we had a fantastic stay and highly recommended this rental.

Everything was pretty good at this place, the location was awesome as you’re a minute walk from the beach and the condo has mostly everything that you need for your stay. My main complaint would be how sandy the floors were when we got there.

Excellent host at front desk Johnathon. We had everything we needed. Great location for everything. Beautiful views of beach. As advertised we were in 3rd floor above the bar so expect boom boom boom till 2am. Tenth floor was an amazing quiet area for morning coffee and laying in the sun. Communication with host was excellent!! Restaurants around were fabulous. Best part was beach was right there. So nice after a day on the beach to just walk a few feet.

Great Location

Great location and view with lanai overlooking the park, diamondhead and out to the ocean. Just steps to the safest beach in Waikiki. Perfect for one person or a couple. One thing, but known ahead of time, the unit is directly above a popular open air bar so evenings are a bit noisy until closing. If that bothers you then bring some earplugs. You shouldnt be staying inside very much anyway in this town! Really a great inner-city place fo stay. Reasonably priced for its proximity to the main drag with an 5 star view!

Amazing stay

We had a fantastic time at this location the view from the balcony was amazing. Just steps from the beach. As we were on a budget the reasonobal cost was a bonus. Properly manager Mark was great to deal with. There were a lot of coments about the noise from the bar below. The only time it was a small issue was new years eve. But it was just a little nosy.The room could do with a few updates but nothing major. All in all it was all it was every thing we needed.

Old and noisy

Unfortunately it was not what we expected at all. The fotos are misleading as the furnitures are quite old and e.g. in the bath there is a big hole in the bathtub. The Hula Hula Club is directly under the room and the music is very loud. When the music stops at about 2am, delivery trucks stop under the window. Noise is everywhere. However the view and the location is quite good.

Perfect location!

We loved waking up every morning and watching the sunrise from the lanai, watching the birds over in the zoo park and seeing the ocean. Being on the 3rd floor made it super easy to come and go frequently by using the stairs (we averaged 15 flights/day) and it only took approximately 2 minutes to get to our favorite spot on the beach. Check in was super easy and all the staff were very friendly. Communication with the host was quick and detailed. The only surprise was that there was a night club that stayed open till 2am and we could hear the bass from the music, but this was not every night and aside from night 1 we had no problem sleeping. The 10th floor sun deck allowed for more outdoor space and view was amazing. Overall, my daughter and I had the best time ever and the room was absolutely perfect for us!! 😊

Gay single Great value

Best: Lanai views of park life, Hula's, fun to watch passerby and Zoo activity, close to Kaimaina Beach - Best in Waikiki. Worst: Gay beach gone, Hawaii people uptight & unfriendly at times. Not all appreciate luxuries or implications of staying above the bar. Hula's is definitely not Gay anymore. Double window lanai great, curtain window hems torn, coffee pot sucked, deck awesome! Clean, close to ABC and everything once precious in Waikiki. Hula's hijacked by inclusive straight couples, a sellout that's sad implicating it's no longer a Gay bar but instead a hotel bar: but forgivable. Fabulous plaster walls from 1963 great for anything. Did not miss maid service! Privacy and access are top shelf! HI has virtually no garbage cans. Be very careful walking around Waikiki, views of crosswalks reveal horrible drivers with no pedestrian acknowledgement. Waikiki is now dead by Midnight. Area definitely very expensive. Toilet initially broken by quickly fixed by staff. Check-in not as described. If single and Gay perfect proximity to all, nothing fancy and a little rough around the edges but overall an excellent value and unbeatable location.

The host was fine. The view was great but the room could use a major refresh. The room is right above a bar that hosts dance parties etc until 2am. It was so loud that it was impossible to sleep even with ear plugs and a pillow over my head. My partner and I spent 3 nights in Waikiki and were sleep deprived the whole time. I reread the room description after the first night and did see the owners said it was "discounted" due to the bar, but it actually ruined our stay.

Lovely stay! The balcony view was my favorite part, location is close to everything you need. Pictures did justice, however, it does feel a tad smaller than pics. The music from the bar right below wasn’t too loud for me with the noise of the fan going. I felt very safe, especially being a young female alone for a full night. Would stay again!
