Abit run down

Could be a Hawaii thing.. But the unit is run down. Bathroom fan doesn't work, laminate floors are old and lifting, floor isn't level, couch looks and feels like it was out of a drug house. Did not feel good having my kid there. The goodFree parkingLocationShower head
