"I would consider this a 3 star hotel. The carpets needed to be cleaned. The night stands were a little dirty. Overall it was a good experience though. The staff was amazing. The restaurant in the hotel was awesome. I would definitely stay again. It's right on Waikiki beach. Beautiful views. Resort fee includes rentals from Beach Candy. We were able to get beach chairs and an umbrella for no cost. They also have Avis/Budget car rentals on site. If you valet your rental from the hotel they give you half price. There is a moped/motorcycle rental in the alley behind the hotel. Hotel is right on the trolly lines. Very convenient. "

"Room view was amazing. Staff is so friendly and helpful. Quick to respond and help. The lobby is wonderful. Construction for updates in the courtyard and balconies. But otherwise great facilities."

"Breakfast was great, it’s from 6:30-9:30am and it’s a great way to start the day! Every guest gets a beach towel a day and there are fun free activities in the morning that change so every day is new and interesting."

"Staff were really nice and welcoming. Our room cleaner Joyce made sure our room was clean and replaced all the dirty towels and would always asked us if there was anything else we needed. I really like the location of the hotel as it was very central to everything and is very accessible to everywhere especially the beach. "
