Damage & House Rules Policy / Guest Responsibilities. We inspect every condo at every check out. We again inspect every condo before every Guest Arrival. We have documentation for each condo to assure the condo is good condition and working order before your arrival. 1) Guest is responsible to pay for any missing/broken/damaged items, extra check out cleaning & for a drain or toilet that requires clearing due to Guest clogging the drain or toilet. Every condo has a plunger for the toilet. If you clog the toilet, please use the plunger provided. Calling a Plumber is a Guest Expense. 2) Do not use the Kitchen Sink Garbage disposal for potato peels, fruit rinds, banana peels, pineapples, egg shells, noodles, rice etc. Calling a Plumber is a Guest Expense. 3) Sand: Please rinse off all sand (self and gear) before entering the hotel/condo (there are rinsing stations at the beach) to avoid extra cleaning fee and clogging the shower drains. 4) Lanai: Please do not hang towels or other items from the lanai. Please do not feed the birds. 5) No smoking in condo, on lanai or in common areas. Guest charged to have upholstery, drapes and linens cleaned, deodorized. 6) Guest responsible to pay for locksmith if they lock themselves out the of the bathrooms or damage a lock.
CANCELLATIONS: 1) Reservation deposit is non-refundable. 2) Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the check in date can have the deposit applied to another stay at the same condo within one year of the original check in date. 3) Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to check in will forfeit deposit. 4) Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to check in will forfeit deposit and rental balance payment. 5) We strongly encourage you to get travel insurance so a cancellation can be recovered.

Great room although slightly dated it was perfect for our week. We loved the view from the lanai and the room had everything we needed and the bed was comfortable and spacious. The Ilikai is perfect to walk to the Ala Moana and downtown Waikiki. Friday night fireworks at the Hilton only required a walk to the lagoon….perfect! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this room.

Large and spacious room, plenty of amenities, amazing location and view. Some of the things in the interior were showing their age, but that is to be expected from an older building and did not take away from the stay at all. Would definitely both recommend and return!

Great location. The condo was well appointed but could use some upgrades. New curtains, shower doors, patio doors and locks would go a long way. It’s a nice condo just needs a freshen up.
Proximity to the elevator, just next to it, was a plus for my older Dad. Unit is as pictured and well-equipped. There was adequate towels and kitchen ware to prepare quick bites. AC worked well, much needed with the morning sun rays. Beautiful city sunrise view. Plenty of restaurant options by lobby area and adequate grocery store downstairs. Many other options surrounding the building and across the street. Would definitely book it again for future Honolulu stays.

Complaints about the place: bathroom sink was clog, water dripping under the kitchen sink, walls near the entrance had dents, tile in the bathroom came off the wall and was not fix., wall electrical sockets need to be replace.
Absolutely loved the open layout and cleanliness of the condo. The bathroom was spacious with a modern shower. The traffic noise wasn't too bad and the AC unit was a great way to get some white noise to help with that. The only two downsides were the fact the curtains had a lot of stains on them which was really off-putting. They need to be cleaned or replaced. The other small issue was not having coffee, sugar/creamer available for the coffee pot that was there. It's a regular, basic grounds brewing coffeemaker, and I expected at least something for the first morning, but nothing, I had to buy my own. So suggestion for the owner - it'd be really awesome to have coffee ground packets and some kind of sugar/creamers for your guest. Otherwise kitchen was fully stocked. I'd definitely stay here again, my daughter and I loved it.
