The location of the building was convenient, close to the main street of Honolulu but on a quieter street. Our suite faced the Canal, so it was quieter. The beach, restaurants and stores were only a couple of blocks away. Wonderful view as well. The only drawback was the air conditioner was noisy, so had to turn it off while sleeping. There were a couple of other foibles but they were addressed quickly by the management. Overall, I would recommend this property.

Great location bus stop 1 block away, 2 blocks from Waikiki main Ave Lovely view of the sea and the island Condo ammenities, it has sauna, jacuzzi, pool, cooffe shop and a mini supermarket 8am-10pm Is perfect for a couple Consergies, personnel and lei realtor very kind

This VRBO was a great option for my wife and I. It has all the things we were wanting. Great view (mountain, city, & beach), nice bathroom, and walking distance to many things. We had a couple minor issues but the host was very responsive and willing to help. Would highly recommend!

Disappointing first impression, unit appeared to have not been cleaned prior to our arrival (bed was not made and towels all over the unit) Due to our very late arrival we took care of cleaning it up and changing bedding so that we could get to sleep. In the morning I commented to the manager and cleaners were arranged for the early morning. By noon the unit was cleaned how it should have been right from the start. Very pleased with the communication and quick response to our concerns. Wishing our first impression had been better, but after the cleaning was taken care of the unit was great the rest of our time

stayed 2 weeks, Property as described, nice touch having the kitchen whizz to knock up cocktails, room suited the needs, plenty of space, great views from the lanai, overlooking downtown, Friday night fireworks and sun set, have stayed at Island Colony previously due to location, and pool / spa. Got caught out a little by not reading fine print on bookabatch commission, this should be included in the price :( overall though would recommend this apt.

Location is perfect. Walking distance from everything in waikiki but without the noise and the crowd. The bus stop is very close. The Appartment is clean, has everything you need and having a terrace on 35th floor is a big plus. You don't see the sunset because of a tall building right in front of the sun but the view is wonderful anyway. Especially at night.

We loved our stay at Island Colony. The room was clean, fresh, and perfect for our little family of three and our island holiday. Our one frustration was that it was very difficult to get a hold of maintenance once our stay began. Fortunately our need was minor but had it been urgent or would have been frustrating. Overall we loved our stay.

The room was so cozy and clean and we were on the 35th floor which was a great view! There are so many food places and shops that are walking distance so that was nice. You do have to pay for parking as a heads up but that’s kind of all over Waikiki area. We were slightly confused at where to check in for our fobs, but then after that it was smooth.
