After a beach day, relax with a movie on the 75" Smart TV or take a dip in the rooftop pool, jacuzzi, or sauna while enjoying unbeatable Waikiki panoramas. Free Wi-Fi, fresh linens, beach towels, and laundry on the 3rd floor make your stay easy, and parking is available for $35/day (6 ft. clearance).

Important Note – Elevator Upgrade
From July 14, 2025, to July 2026, Pacific Monarch will be upgrading its elevators. Two will remain in service while one is out at a time. Please expect longer wait times, especially during check-in and check-out. Work hours are Monday–Friday, 8 AM–4 PM. We appreciate your patience during this improvement project.

- Check-out: by 10:00 AM
- For guaranteed early check-in or late check-out, we recommend booking an extra night

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your vacation investment against unforeseen circumstances.

- A welcome starter kit with coffee, toiletries, and essentials is provided to help you settle in comfortably upon arrival; please note this kit is complimentary and not replenished during your stay.
- On-site garage parking is available for $35 per day (price subject to change). Please note that the maximum vehicle height is 6 ft. Large SUVs or lifted vehicles are not recommended. The garage is best suited for compact cars and mid-size SUVs.
