I enjoyed the room and the amenities here however there were definitely a few issues. For one when we parked our car in the lot the person at the front desk told us is was 40 dollars a day. Which I was willing to pay, but when it came time to pay at the end she told us that there was an additional 27 dollars a day on top of that. It completely not fair and very misleading. Also When we showed up to the hotel there was an extra 150 fee when we checked. I was under the impression we had already payed for fees and the nightly rate online. I felt this was all very dishonest and misleading. I would not recommend this hotel to others.

Stayed at Ohana Waikiki East for 18 nights. Great location to Waikiki Market across the street, Royal Hawaiian Centre and International Marketplace. The hotel was undergoing renovations during our stay and unfortunately could not experience their new lobby - I'm sure it will be great. Staff was accomodating with our requests for ice and housekeeping items. The newly renovated rooms are nice, only thing missing is a microwave and maybe a larger fridge. Please add heating to the pool - it was too cold for swimming during our stay and we ended up going to the beach instead.

I booked 2 rooms (family trip) first nite the room next to my nieces the guest were very loud and my nieces couldn’t sleep until 4am they said they called security and nothing was done very disappointed….I was not aware that construction was going on, on the property and across the street. Across the street they started at 7am ugh!!!! Really… but that’s not the hotels fault,overall the staff was very nice and clean will I stay there again yes I will

The property was under construction, loud and noisy. There was a day that we lost warm water and the hotel had to do an emergency shutdown from 8 AM to 1 PM, very inconvenient especially since we had outdoor events planned early in the morning, so we couldn't wash up properly. Great service from the staff, but we were not aware of this prior to booking this property, I would have booked elsewhere if I knew that the construction was going to be happening during our stay.
