Excellent location, but lacking maintenance. Safe deposit box didn’t work, hot water wasn’t always available for showers, the floor behind the sliding toilet door has never been cleaned, would be good with a door into the bathroom, and some more lights in the bedroom. The whole place could do with an upgrade.

Hotel rooms were old and outdated. Rusted kitchen and a molded ceiling. Housekeeping did not come for 2 days. We endee up requested sheets and making our own beds. It is conveniently located to shopping and dining but that is the only plus about this hotel. I wish they were honest with the pictures they advertise to stay in the hotel.

Good location, easy access to all things in Waikiki. Personnel is friendly. Room are a little run down. Did not try the pool. Parking garage but $ 45 per night!

Saw several cockroaches in my bathroom - various sizes made me think they are breeding there. I told the front desk and they offered to spray. The room itself had many holes near the base of the walls as the drywall had just crumbled off, there was also a hole in the ceiling around the sprinkler. The room was dated and the bathroom counter had unknown something stuck to it. The staff was very nice and the location is very walkable.

Holes and faded falling wallpaper on the floors, room, entry doors no caps battery and wires are exposed. Shower was leaking water out of the tub which flooded the bathroom toilet area. People constantly shouting and yelling in the streets in the early hours, could easily be heard through the window Balcony. The website gives a different demeanor of what actually the resort have and is.

Property was centrally located to restaurants & stores. 3.00 bus ride from the airport. Bus stop is located right infront of the hotel (directly across the street) I found the hotel to be clean. Beds were comfortable. Showers were good with warm water. I would definitely stay there again.

Walking distance from shopping, dining, the beach. Great location, staff friendly, room clean. If you are not too picky about amenities and okay with a clean nice bed to rest on after a day spent outdoors, that’s the place to stay. I’ll book this hotel for my next Waikiki trip for sure.

Beyond outdated EVERYTHING. Staff was good, worked with what they’re given which is bare minimum. Look stressed out. Bed mattresses are old wire springs and sheets are pilling and scratchy/rough. The nastiest carpet on the floors and even in the bathroom sink area. Everything Reeks of mold. But the maids clean it well. It’s 1960s-1980s everything. Shower is disgusting and pulling up from all edges. Our first room had no hot water we had to change to a smaller room. But for the price and location , I guess it’s worth it. It’s the cheapest around with only a two block walk to the beach and all the food and convenience stores right out front. Sketchy people and even cops coming in and out all day/night, but it IS cheap, we had nothing bad happen to us or our stuff.

It’s close to beach . Just old buildings need updating, just too old . new shower, and new toilet, new sink is important. Carpet also old …. It makes dirty. House keeper is best . Renovation is better for future business.

Place was just ok. Not very friendly, the charges for parking your car is outrageous. Pool, is not what it's on the picture. Only good thing is close to beach, stores, restaurants. Don't recommend.

The rooms were dated & dirty but sufficient, the parking was tight. their check in system was bad, they over charged me & suggested using a third party to book was not good! I let the manager know they over charged me & he was unable to resolve the matter. Expedia was very helpful in resolving the matter once I got home.

We liked the cost compared to other options nearby and that they had a kitchen fridge and were quick about bringing the additional things we desired for the kitchen. It's a beach hotel and has that beach sandy feel. It was clean and beds were nice but it's not updated at all.

Honestly the stay isn’t terrible, what makes it bad is the hotel is a bit rundown and the parking structure is the worst. But if you don’t mind a bit rundown and just somewhere to just get there to sleep and shower this is the place because of the price. I was amazed that they had a breakfast card to offer and coffee every morning. I will also say that the outlets don’t all work and for a family of 5 with everyone needing to charge tablets, phones and Apple Watches it was the worst. You’re best bet is to make sure to take a charging station to charge multiple items in one device.

It was just ok. Rooms are outdated, especially the bathrooms! We rarely had hot water for showers. It was also incredibly noisy! Hotel tried to tell us they mischarged us by $10 when we checked out. I told them absolutely not as I went over the itemized charges when we checked in. The desk person then clicked a few things on the screen then said I was good to go. Can’t help but feel like they were trying to pull a fast one on me. Positives- great location to everything. Beds were comfortable.
