There is no beach view at this property. The bed was comfortable and there was clean linens. There was a substantial amount of mold like rot in the bathroom sink and air conditioner. The bathroom fixtures were quite loose.
We enjoyed the completer stay. The location is centrally located to beach, restaurants, convenience store, shopping and bus line. The laundry room was a plus.

Great place to stay at! Very close to the beach and shops. Would deff come back.
Location was great and the room was clean.Must have water damage in the bathroom though as there is mold around the faucet et paint peeling from ceiling.Overall we did like our stay
Good lodging for the price in dowtown Honolulu. However you realy dont need a car in that area, because you can't find parking anywhere. Enjoyed the location walking distance to most needed stores.
Absolutely wonderful. We love visiting sights Everything was easy to get to. The sundeck was a lovely way to spend our mornings.Spent time with our daughter who is local.Tv was oddly losing signle but wasn't important enough to us to call or do anything about it.I do wish there was a full length mirror.
Great place to stay and great location. Just a couple blocks from the beach and right across the street from the zoo. The bar on the 2nd floor was a lot of fun. The room was clean and well stocked and comfortable. Definitely recommend to anyone wanting an affordable, comfortable, clean place to stay.

Location was amazing. Our room was exactly what we needed. We worried about someone commenting about "bathroom mold" as my wife has allergies and while the bathroom counter needs to be replaced it was not bad enough to be a problem. Management and front desk were GREAT. Could borrow chairs and items from front desk. Would recommend and stay there again!!!
My son and I enjoyed our stay at this location. Walking distance to beach and bus stops. Front desk was always cheerful. We also appreciated the convenience of having a kitchen!
Perfect location to beach, nightlife, local transportation.
A little weathered but, clean. Well stocked for our 4 day stay. Overall it was a nice place to stay. Very convenient, just a short walk to the beach. Lots to see and do in the immediate area. Beautiful scenery around.I would stay there again.
We really enjoyed our time in Waikiki. While we came to visit family living in Mililani, we were able to enjoy the restaurants and shops that were so close to us. The beach was mesmerizing. We loved going for walks around the Kapiolani park neighborhood, and locally owned businesses and eateries. We especially enjoyed LuLu’s.
Great location!! There were plenty of good restaurants close by. Bed was comfortable.
The only complaints. No kettle for my wife to have a cuppa tea, and the air con was a little noisy.
This said, we enjoyed our stay. Great value for money considering you are in Hawaii..
This property is super close to the beach. (1 block walking). Some of this property has seen better days (tile, flooring trims etc) but it does the job! I would book it again.
Room is small, but adequate. Had to use stool from the kitchen to put next to my side of bed to put my phone and c-pac. Location was good, close to beach, Diamond Head, and other locations. Washer and dryer is in basement and works very well. The shower in the bathroom was not great, wish it was better, you need to open window to have ventilation. The bed was very comfortable, restaurant in bldg was good, so was the bar. Front desk was helpful and the rooftop deck had great views of Diamond head, zoo and beach.
I was impressed by the level of cleanliness and attention to detail in the room. The location of the hotel couldn't have been better. Being so close to the beach and everything else made exploring the area a breeze. And let's not forget about the breathtaking views! Watching the sunset and sunrise from the top 10th floor was an experience I'll never forget. The view of Diamond Head was simply stunning.
I can confidently say that I will be returning to this place in the future. Your hospitality, combined with the outstanding amenities and prime location, make it an unbeatable choice for anyone visiting the area. Thank you for making my stay so memorable.
Great location but very dated and in need of deep cleaning
Location is amazing and the bed is very comfortable. The condo is very dated which is fine as long as it’s clean but it was not clean. The floor tile in the kitchen had lots of grimy spots like it wasn’t washed, had to scrub the shower before using it and there is mold in the bathroom. I contacted the management company about all these issues but haven’t heard back at all. Also, the pool area is not maintained to the point of not being usable.
Check in is at 3:00pm, but they will watch your bags while you explore. This place was on the main drag, so it was easy to find a bite to eat. Shopping, eating and activities are all within walking distance. The beach is across the street and we never waited more than five minutes for a LYFT driver. The room had everything we needed and was very clean and cool. I felt at home in this room. It gets very subdued in the evening, no loud guests or other noises. I will stay here again when I return to Waikiki.
My wife left our jackets in the room and I figured they were gone for good, but they are taking the time to mail them to us at home here in SoCal. I’m just stoked on how cool and stress free this stay has been.

Run Down in terrible need of fixing up and new management
There was a tissue shoved in a hole that went from our condo to the one next door. If I need to say more, peeling paint all over the ceiling. Missing pieces of floor. Hair in the shower - like a lot. You could see daylight around the entire door to the condo from inside. And rotting bathroom counter. None of this would have been able to be fixed while we were there so no use contacting property manager. Luckily we were only here 4 nights before moving and we spent most of our time out but definitely not a unit I would stay in again. The location was absolutely perfect and it was easy to get to our room not overly busy. The community balcony was also nice. A couple of restaurants inside the hotel and parking was expensive but very easy. Our checkin was far from contactless and did not have a door code like was sent to me in instructions.
Cute apartment, easy walk to the beach and shops. Bus stop is right outside. Mark was obliging when we requested a early check in iron and towels ( unfortunately we found these later on in the bathroom cupboards) Bit of confusion with who we talk to about changing the linen and emptying the rubbish. We requested at the front desk on the 3rd day and it wasnt done until the 5th.I think it could've been made clearer to us upon check in or at the time of booking as to who takes care of these things while we're there. Communication was only through messaging, felt like this could be better. FYI front desk only give out laundry powder, nothing else.
The bathroom could do with an upgrade,
The bathtub needs a good scrub and the bench has rot behind the tap.
Lovely to have air con but it's so loud, it felt like we were still on the airplane.
Had a issue with the heat pump dripping, saturated the carpet which wasn't a pleasant smell to sleep in. Took two attempts to fix it. Lovely place to stay, just a few minor things to consider. This is the whole point of giving feedback. Thank you.

Lovely studio apartment for a couple or single traveling
The perfect studio apartment if you’re wanting to stay close enough to Waikiki for convenience, yet far enough that you can enjoy some peace and quiet. The beach is nicer here than in the heart of Waikiki too. We walked everywhere, and we also hired a car for the days we wanted to explore the island. There is limited free parking in the streets but you have to be careful about where you park. Being from Australia we had never heard of the “fire hydrant” rule and apparently parked within 10 metres of one and got our hire car towed. We thought it had been stolen! The receptionist downstairs helped us and we figured out where it had been towed. Paid $300 and picked it up.
Situated across from the zoo, you can see some of the animals from afar when standing atop the rooftop deck. We absolutely loved the sunsets from this view too! The apartment is just the same as in the photos.
We stayed for 2 weeks, so we decided to buy groceries and cook some of our meals. The apartment has limited but enough cooking utensils that I was able to whip up the home cooked meals we were craving. The mattress was comfortable.
Highly recommend this place. The only thing is that there is a gay bar in the building, it only seemed to be open late on one of the nights during our stay though and once we got inside our apartment and closed the door we couldn’t hear any noise (this comment is only relevant if you’re either worried about noise, or if you’re looking for a fun place to drink close by).
Our stay at the Waikiki Grand Hotel was amazing! The room was clean, the host were always responsive, and being a half a block from the beach was amazing.
The room was good, loved the views, the location is close to the beach, across the street from the Honolulu Zoo and right on the bus route. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The only negative was the black mold in the bathroom and the wobbly sink faucet. Also the stools were wobbly and unsafe to sit on. Nothing that a little upkeep couldn't fix.
