This condo was the perfect place for my daughter & I to stay in Honolulu! It’s so cute, clean, well appointed and has an incredible view! We were able to park the car and walk everywhere we wanted to go downtown. Highly recommend!

Great location in Waikiki with cool view!

20th floor condo unit, close to high end shopping and beach. Optional parking was convenient as well. Room is small like a hotel room but well laid out and functional.

We enjoyed the view, the sun, the bed, appliances, pool, and the nearby access to food trucks, restaurants, the beach, and many buses to the Bishop Museum, Waikiki Market, Diamond Head, Pearl Harbor, etc. The air conditioner is noisy as it labors to keep the room cool and seems ready to be replaced. We would certainly stay again.

Great location!

Stayed here with my wife for our honeymoon. We loved being so close to everything we needed. A lot of good restaurants were around the corner or a short walk away. Beaches are all also so close. The room is small but you don’t really need much as you’ll be enjoying the city. The bed was surprisingly really comfortable.

You can see diamond head and the beach from the balcony. Beautiful views to wake up to! Everything we needed was in walking distance which was good since we chose to not rent a car. They do offer parking for those who do have a vehicle which is another good option.

Good value and worth coming back

Really enjoyed our stay at Tiffany's place. Room is not too big but sufficient for a couple. We have everything we needed in the room. Location also very convenient, with a bit walk to waikiki and beach. Parking space can be booked with additional cost but much lower than hotel charge. Tiffany also very responsive to inquiry.

Great Location

This was in a great location. Walking distance to many tourists spots. Easy access to the local bus that takes you to beaches, museums and restaurants. We rented a car for one night and was able to rent the spot in the building for an overnight. We also did laundry in the building and super easy to access. Tiffany our host, was always available and easy to get a hold off. Will definitely book next time we are in Oahu.

Location and view —best!

We loved the view from our room. Grateful for our little lanai. The location was prime with a very nice market on the next block. Eateries close by. And a short walk to the exciting activities of Waikiki: beach, music, entertainment. We came specifically for FestPAC. Many events were held at the Hawaii Convention Center, again a short walk away. We were very grateful for the parking space. Recommendable!

Space was just adequate for 2. Ambiance could be improved. 2 beach chairs & 2 beach towels would be nice. We did not care for the soap & shampoo. Cozy, Comfy, Clean apartment

This property was exactly as presented. It was very, very clean. Well stocked with paper goods, shampoo etc., and kitchen items, everything we needed. The unit was small but efficient and had an amazing view from the balcony. It was perfect for our one night stay in Honolulu. And surprisingly quiet for a high density building. We slept very well. Host had excellent communication with us, always responding very quickly. We would absolutely stay here again.

The condo was cute, easy to get to and close to the beach. communication with the host was excellent. The parking space was so clean and easy in and out. The only suggestion I have is to replace the shower curtain, it smells a bit musty. Easy fix.

Great property and location! Would recommend this. Just crazy you pay all that money and then need to purchase parking on top of it even though the condo has a parking stall. Anything to make money I guess. The property could use the walls and baseboards washed. And there’s nowhere to leave garbage ones the bin in the room is full.

Adorable property conveniently located

The apartment was adorable and clean. A little awkward checking in and being on the 20th floor was a little scary. Balcony narrow and railing not comforting. But beautiful view and easy access to beach, restaurants, etc. Sinks a little weird, look cute, but not great function, hard to get hands under the faucet, but Hawaii is about exploring and not staying in the room. It's clean and cute and affordable. Fun stay.

The room is as pictured small. There is no dresser for clothes, but they do have a chair and a small couch so you could put your carry-on on top of inside the room did not smell of cigarettes, but the hallways did . The location was excellent. There is a little market, not even half a block away that sold food, poke bowls, spam musubi milk, yogurt everything very convenient.. host got back to me fairly quickly

Good location

Overall it was an acceptable place for a few nights. Close to Waikiki beach, restaurants and shopping. Great little cafe down the street, Sunny’s Local Grind, was great for a filling breakfast. Small hotel like room was fine for a few nights before we boarded our cruise. It was just my husband and I so the coziness wasn’t an issue. The mattress seemed a little worn and saggy but could have been worse. We didn’t use any of the appliances so can’t comment on those. Overall the host was quick to respond to messages. I was a little surprised at the tightness of the bathroom (toilet and shower area), the door barely clears the bowl of the toilet but everything was functional. Some basic soaps were provided but I think they were a little older and so we didn’t use them. The hand soap dispenser at the sink seemed to be rusting inside so we used our own soaps there as well. Some folks commented about street noise but had the AC and fan running so those covered any outside noises. We were able to see some of the fireworks from the Hilton across the street but not many went over the buildings for a clear show. We should have gone to that beach to see them in person.

Unit as Stated But...

My husband and I stayed for 7 nights. The bed was cushy, the bath towels were thick, all three elevators worked and were prompt, the A/C worked almost too well (though nearly deafening at times; the manual would have been helpful to have for settings), there were two laundry baskets and a beach chair we used, and instead of the folding chairs and table in the photos, there was a nice glass-topped table and upholstered chairs. The yellow wall color was pleasant. We could only see slices of the ocean between all the buildngs, but the night view was nice. On the downside, the two free-standing sinks had high sides while the faucets had short stems, which made getting a cup or glass under the spout nearly impossible. I hope the faucets will be changed before we stay again! In addition, it was quite dark in the room at night, with zero lighting over the table, so a lamp in that corner would have been appreciated. Other items that would have helped are facial tissue, pants hangers, more bars or hooks for towels and/or a folding clothes rack, and a rubber mat or mesh for washing and drying dishes in the sink. Being on the 20th floor would have been perfect except for the hotel strikers' noise on the next block. We could hear them loud and clear from morning until night. Let's hope that gets settled soon! Overall, we really enjoyed the room and would consider staying again mainly based on location.
