This modern & stylish King 1 bedroom apartment goes above & beyond usual expectations.
The beautiful Wa'ahila mountain range & Diamond Head views will have you reaching for your camera to share with friends or maybe you'll just grab a glass of wine & enjoy it with a loved one on the lanai.

On a high floor and recently updated with great attention to detail, this One King bedroom apartment in Tower One of The Waikiki Banyan offers a quiet, comfortable and relaxing place to call home during your time in Waikiki.

The spacious living area offers TV & cable and ample seating. The modern full kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to cook at home, along with ample dishes, glassware, for the family.

Our suite offers great WiFi throughout to stay well connected and has an Ethernet port also should you prefer it for work.

We offer one free parking spot in the garage with our listing and the parking pass will be left in the suite for your arrival - Please ensure to remove from your car and replace in the suite prior to departure.

There's also a great bus service in Honolulu and we are on many of the main routes to get around all over the island. Should you prefer UBER & Lyft also operate on Oahu and a allowed to both pick-up and drop-off at the HNL airport which is approx. 6.8 miles to the West of us here in Waikiki.

There are also ample bicycles to rent by the hour spread through Waikiki - Just look for the Bright Cyan colored bikes provided buy "Biki" a simple two set process on the app is all that is required to rent and they may be picked up in one location and dropped at another as needed.

This location is prime for walking around Waikīkī and access to the beach. The included parking pass is a must especially due to limited parking around!

The apartment was very well appointed, clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Having good A/C was a priority for us and it was perfect. In addition, having a parking pass was such a bonus and the adjacent parking garage provided easy access for parking. The views were beautiful and the building location was only a couple long blocks to the beach - very centrally located with lots of shops and restaurants. We walked down to watch the beautiful sunsets every evening. The host was very easy to communicate with throughout the whole process - very responsive. The only bummer was that the building pool and outdoor activities space was being fully renovated. But, that was clearly communicated to us ahead of time by the host. We would stay there again were we to return to Waikiki Beach.

Hot spot in waikiki

Great place with great location. Only reason i couldn't give it 5 stars is because the AC broke during our stay. The host was great about having it replaced, but it definitely affected our ability to enjoy the place.

Beautiful property in a great location!

The room was upgraded and beautiful! There were many amenities included. We had an issue with the toilet that was resolved right away! The location was perfect, close to the beach and many shops and restaurants! Would definitely stay at this property again!

Great stay

Front door is hard to close and no key for the deadbolt. Free parking, nice fridge, ac worked great, plenty of tv channels, check in was a breeze,went directly to the room. Would recommend.

Great place

From renting to check out everything went smoothly. The parking pass is a real benefit given the cost and availability of spots in downtown Honolulu. Many restaurants and activities are well within walking distance. Would use this place again

Great location, well equipped

Condo was perfect for two people. It was well equipped with everything that is needed as well as some extras like coffee filters, sugar, salt, pepper, sunscreen, aloe, etc. It’s in a great location, easy to walk to beach and shops and parking pass was a nice bonus.

lovely lanai

The lanai was a highlight! Very clean, tastefully furnished apartment with ample storage, nice kitchen, and parking included! (Visitors with cars will need to park temporarily and collect the parking pass from the apartment before entering the parking garage.) Excellent choice for anyone who wants convenience without the full-scale Waikiki crowds.

Bright, clean condo in Waikiki

This condo has been up-dated just like the pictures and was more spacious then what we had thought it would be (we didn't feel cramped). It is located 5 minutes to the beach and very close to all shops and restaurants. The condo complex itself is well maintained. The hosted responded promptly to any questions we had. We would have no hesitation to stay at this place again.

Waikiki Banyan

Beautiful property. Pleasantly surprised when we found fans, beach chairs, beach mats in the closet. Property is located right off the elevator so i thought we would hear the elevator but we never heard it. Loved the location as well and could walk to the beach and restaurants. Coffee shop downstairs had the best coffee. Mark was very prompt in responding to email and we would definitely book here again.

Convenience in everything. Starting from communication with the host , quick check-in, convenient parking for free. Close to the ocean and great location overlooking Damon Head. Lovely Unit

The owners have thought of everything. The unit is nicely decorated and very comfortable. The view of Diamond Head from lanai are beautiful. Steps away from Waikiki Beach, restaurants and shopping. The parking spot was a bonus! The only negatives do not have to do with the unit, but instead the complex—the hot tubs don’t function, instead you get just a warm bath and the grills require quarters for use. I would recommend this unit.

Amazing long term rental

Apartment was easy to access and lovely to live in for 2 weeks. Kitchen was very functional, although needs baking sheets and roasting pans. Living space, TV, bedroom and bathroom all worked great with plenty of towels/bedding. Bed is very soft very little support so keep in mind. Parking garage is very tight and you will have to walk down the whole thing after 7pm and it gets very busy.

Great views

This apartment is part of a large complex. The views of the ocean and Diamondhead were terrific. The room was nicely furnished and clean. Minimal pantry items and dishes, but functional. There are cleaning products which was nice. Garbage and one washing machine down the hall. Communications and responses were good when small issues came up. Parking space was much needed and appreciated.

Really great place, however...

This is a really spectacular little property. If you want the Waikiki Beach experience, this rental puts you smack dab in the everything. One of the best perks parking! Considering how expensive parking is in this area, this makes for a great deal. So why the low rating: no AC. From the moment we checked in, the AC just seemed to be blowing air, not COLD air. We contacted the hosts and they apologized and asked for pictures and that they would get someone out to fix it. We sent pictures and the following day (late morning) they sent a note to reset the filter. Seriously? Anyone who knows anything about AC units knows that's not a fix. Long story short, after asking if someone was coming out to fix the unit, we got no response. After a second message from me on the VRBO app, still no response. Bottomline - we spent 4 nights at the property with no AC. Also note, if the AC was working well, it is only in the living room, NOT THE BEDROOM. Still haven't heard a word back from the hosts. If you want to sleep in a room with no AC, and barely a breeze 24 floors up (and a 12 inch table fan for circulation) feel free to book this property. Me? Never again.
