With food prices at all time highs in Hawaii booking a condo room at the Hilton Grand Islander at the Hilton Hawaiian Village was a good call. We went to Costco (9:00am a must) and stocked up on meals for 5 nights out of the 8 we stayed. Fully stocked kitchen and Laundry machines in room. It really was the way to go. Not the best food options on the island. Coming from a culinary city our bar is set pretty high. Not to mention how crazy the prices are. Save your money or spend what you save on a LV or Gucci purse…seriously!

Had a lovely stay! The property is beautiful and the condo kitchen was well stocked to prepare meals. The view from room 1105 was awesome - even though it was a partial view. The foldout mattress on the couch was so-so. Might work for small kids but my teenage was uncomfortable. I bought him an air mattress for the remainder of the week. The staff was cheerful and helpful. I was surprised however at how much noise we could hear from the guests above us. The bathroom had two pocket doors; one to the main living space and one to the bedroom. Every time the guests above us walked around or used the pocket doors we could hear them and at night it was quiet loud and woke up us. Other than the noise from the other condo above us, we really did enjoy our stay. I already miss that deep soaking tub!
