My Honest Opinion

We had a nice stay, the Condo is located conveniently within a few minutes walk to Waikiki. The Condo building is older but is kept clean, security is good, elevators are very efficient. The unit that we leased unfortunately had major construction going on across the street, which was continuous & bothersome during the early morning. From a constructive criticism standpoint, the Owner needs to address a dampness problem, which I believe is associated with the clothes dryer not being vented to Building Code. This situation makes the rooms very uncomfortable, and the A/C ineffective due to the excessive moisture being blown into the living area from the dryer when it is in use. This may not bother short term leasors, but bothered us since we stayed for almost a month. Let me emphasize, my comments must be taken as my honest opinion, and hopefully constructive to the owner.

More Than Satisfied

We very much enjoyed our 2 month stay in 2404 right from meeting Craig the night we arrived. He personally welcomed us and oriented us to the property, ensuring all was good. He's readily available if you need him and responds to any inquiry you might have in a very timely fashion. The property is as advertised, very comfortable and has one of the best views in Four Paddle. There's 24 / 7 Security for the building which offers a peace of mind, and the building maintenance staff we're always busy and visible. The pool and BBQ area on level 5 are very well kept and clean and a real treat to enjoy! We have no reservation with staying here again and will do so in the future. Thanks for having us Craig and allowing us to enjoy your peace of Paradise!

EXCELLENT CONDO IN WAIKIKI

2404 at 4 paddle is an excellent condo.... my 6 week stay at Craig condo was very relaxing and was like coming to my home every day after working.............. Craig's attention to details about his place are second to none. Knowing Craig lives near -by is a huge plus and i felt very secure if anything went wrong which it did not.......... The bedroom was awesome very very comfy bed........and the living room and kitchen top notch....... i really enjoyed cooking in the kitchen........... nice arrangement of TV channels and the parking spot is just a wonderful thing when staying there.......... The View is Awesome!! loved looking at it everyday!! i would definitely look at this condo again when in Hawaii...................................Rick

What a way to spend 3 months!

Excellent property! A reasonably priced, very clean.good sized condo with full kitchen, in-unit washer/dryer, and balcony overlooking Waikiki. And, a reserved parking spot in a secure garage included. Owner Craig could not be nicer or more attentive. I stayed 3 months and my only regret is I have to leave to head back to the mainland. I could offer no higher endorsement!

Picture Perfect!

This condo has beautiful view, is exactly as pictured. Super comfy bed and super sized bathroom. Craig is very helpful and made sure that every detail is looked after. We love cooking so our only suggestion would be to upgrade and expand some of the kitchen tools. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Perfect place for a family

Our one month stay was very comfortable with absolutely no complaint. Craig has been so helpful and effective: each time we wrote to him, we got a reply within a few hours. The location is perfect, it is close to virtually everything, beach walk Royal Hawaiian, etc. Besides there was an assigned parking space downstairs, so we enjoyed day trips to other locations on the island. The room was very clean, and there was everything you need in the full kitchen. The view from the lanai is excellent as of now: I can only hope the second building of Ritz Carlton across the street will not block so much of the view. We hope to come again soon.

A memorable one month vacation at Four Paddles Hawaii

We spent one month here at the Four Paddles. We've enjoyed every moment there. Since this is the first time I am renting a vacation home, I had a lot of questions. Craig was very help and patient in answering all my question. The apartment is very clean and have everything that we needed. The residents in the building were very friendly. We are already planning to come back again next year!

We spent Christmas and New Year in this wonderful apartment. Everything is excellent: the apartment itself, ( very clean) the view of the ocean, the closeness to beach and stores, the parking, the very friendly people staying in Four Paddle...... Next time we visit Hawaii, we will rent this condo again!

Amazing View!!

My fiancee and I stayed here at the four paddles for the first time and had a GREAT experience! Craig was more than helpful on everything; from finding us paddle board storage rentals to pointing us in the right direction for possibly using the pool deck for a private function next year for our wedding. Everyone that lives or stays at the four paddles are very courteous and friendly. We spent 3 wonderful weeks here and loved the full size kitchen and the usage of the BBQs on the pool deck. This unit was bright and relaxing. Even with the construction across the street that still had no effect on our stay. The noise from outside was quite muffled just by closing the patio doors. We would definitely recommend this unit for anyone to stay, very enjoyable!!! Thanks for a fantastic stay Craig!!!

Waikiki best view

Craig was very welcoming when we arrived which was great.The condo was exactly as the photos described it.The view from the lanai was truly awesome. The building is well located and a short walk to the beach but if staying by the pool is more your thing then the pool and outdoor area is great. Secure parking is a bonus with a friendly and helpful building manager and security staff making this building a safe stay.A home away from home. I would definately recommend this property to anybody.Mahalo Craig for a great stay.

A Great Place to Stay!

In late 2012 we had the privilege of staying in this lovely condo. Besides the wonderful view, the apartment was newly renovated and extremely clean. It was very well stocked with everything you might need. The owner was most supportive with the booking process and ensured he was readily available if we had questions. The Four Paddle itself is a well maintained complex, and staff were regularly seen cleaning, watering etc. I would certainly recommend this property for your next stay in Waikiki.

Living the Life

What a wonderful stay in this condo; beautiful view and great location. Since I do cook (sometimes) I liked all the conveniences in the kitchen. We even had a small bbq with 10 people at the pool-what a great time.

Location,location!

Great central location, amenities, nicely decorated, and a beautiful view from the 24th. floor. Also pool area was 1st.rate with gas grills.
