"The proprietors were charming folks and resident Alaskans. They provided a wonderful breakfast, taking into account our dietary preferences. They also were interesting in that they housed firefighters who had been working to control wildfires threatening some of Alaska's beautiful natural areas."
"Property was centrally located in the downtown area of Fairbanks, restaurants were walkable. Hotel was clean. AC didn’t work as well as we would have wanted but who would have thought you would need ac in Alaska. Didn’t realize the homeless population was that bad, but they did a good job of keeping them out of the hotel. "
"We stayed here for one night and was happy that there was adequate food available in the hotel store since all the restaurants nearby were closed when we arrived."

"Check in was easy and flawless. Ben enabled our early check in request. He also left numerous snacks, water coffee, and sodas for our use. The property was clean and fit our needs perfectly. Thanks, Ben and Samantha for a great stay and experience!"

8/10 Good
"Check-in was smooth. Host sent us a code and everything was ready for us. Kitchen facilities and laundry were functional. This was old military housing built in 1987 (That's above the median year of homes built in Fairbanks). So, the trim and remodel is nice, but the place still shows it's age. Host was great."

"Very comfortable. Everything was clean and easy. The walls are a touch thin, so I could hear snoring in the other room, but that is nitpicking. Comfy couches, well stocked kitchen and laundry room, comfy beds. "
