Love having the outside deck to enjoy sunset.The cabin is very clean and cozy and has a good arrangement of seating to enjoy the living place and dine with a view!Good kitchen well equipped too.This cabin is the perfect place to stay while exploring the Hoods Canal"

"Another great trip to Mason Lake. This was our 3rd visit and a 1st time visit for our guests. Everyone loved the house and can’t wait to comeback. Steve’s house never disappoints! The views are beautiful and sitting in the hot tub at the end of the day is highly recommended. "

"There was so much wrong we had to leave. The “non smoking” room was full of cigarette smoke leaking from the room next door and that guest smoking r in got outside our door all hours of day and night. Black mold in the bathroom and no hot water in the shower. No silverware at all in the kitchen. It appeared the sheets were not changed. Tiny flat pillows, 1 each. Zero washcloth or kitchen towel. Staff was most unhelpful."

"We were looking forward to the jacuzzi, it was broken, the dock was broken and closed. There was a sign in the room that said, "treats for your dog." there weren't any. website said, "no charge for your dog," yet to get a rtoom where your pet could come, it was around an extra $30- $40 The shower water was warm but never hot. for the price it wasn't worth it. There wasn't much in the area for eating except the local market. The room was clean and the bed was pretty comfortable. Atleast the room was clean. "

"I would not rate this luxurious. Location was great. House was as comfortable and met expectations except for the kitchen. Delayed check in process by 3 hours impacted our trip. Kitchen should be better stocked to rate in my opinion. Needs replaced basic mixing bowls, frying pans, baking sheets. Responsive communication with host."
