"We had a good stay overall. Check in was easy, and communication with the host via email was clear and timely. Having a garage was a great feature for this location and a definite plus. The only downsides were the foot traffic (and noise) outside the home and the bedroom, which took away from the privacy of the stay. Overall, the home had some great conveniences, was charming and we appreciated the hosts communication and detailed instructions. We would 100% stay here again!"

"Our stay was for a multi generational family birthday. The location was wonderful. It’s in easy walking distance to Capitola Village for shopping and dining. Being literally steps from the beach allowed the children to spend a lot of time at the beach. We brought frisbees and kites. Leonard, the host, had lots of sand toys for the kiddos to use as well as beach chairs and an umbrella. The home had plenty of room for the ten of us to spread out. When we arrived Leonard met us and showed us around his home. He also made sure to give us his personal parking spot. You get two parking passes for the street parking about eighty feet from the front door as well as the village. On the weekend it’s better to plan on not moving your vehicle once you get it parked. Finding another spot close by can be tough. Also if you have three vehicles you can be playing musical cars but all in all if you know ahead of time you can plan accordingly and the parking is very doable. Overall we had a great time at Leonard’s home."
