    PROPERTY HIGHLIGHTS
    Whether you’re looking to relax, swim, paddle, hike, or fish, this well-positioned home with sweeping views of Alford Lake and the Ragged Mountain range is the perfect place to slow down and enjoy all that Midcoast Maine has to offer.

    Upon entering the cottage, you'll find an open living and dining area with plenty of cozy seating, blankets, and a dining table for 6. We provide lots of books & games. There is an air conditioner in this room that keeps the whole living, dining, and kitchen space cool.

    The kitchen has all you need to cook a gourmet meal. Gas range, coffeemaker, dishwasher, and brand new, full-sized refrigerator with freezer. We provide coffee, half & half, sugar, salt & pepper, and s'mores ingredients.

    The primary bedroom features a queen-sized bed with hotel quality linens, down comforter, and pillow top mattress. Also included: a closet with hangers, a dresser, and a portable fan.

    The second bedroom is all set up for the kids with a double twin bunk bed. The third bedroom features a full-sized bed. All with hotel quality linens, quilts, comforters, and brand new pillows. Both bedrooms feature dressers and portable fans.

    The bathroom features a waterfall shower and plenty of soft bath towels and Native bath products. There is also a laundry room with washer, dryer, iron, & ironing board.

    There are 2 outdoor living spaces. A deck is just off the living area and only 15 feet from the water. The deck features a brand new outdoor sectional. Around the corner is a beautifully landscaped yard and garden patio with a fire pit, chairs, and a brand new BBQ grill.

    The cottage includes all the amenities needed to make your stay memorable and relaxing on the water. A private dock, beach towels, fishing poles, lifejackets, and the use of 2 kayaks is included.

    There's ample parking space with enough space for 4 cars.

    This is a newly-listed property, formerly a family's camp. We've added all new linens, towels, pillows, a new refrigerator, and lots of little extras to help you enjoy this magical, little place. It's what we do best!
