THE SPACE
Hope Floats is a cozy, comfortable, and modern four-season lakeside cabin perfect for a quiet getaway - yet still close to popular towns Camden, Rockland, Rockport, Thomaston, Belfast and more.

As summer sets in, this lakeside retreat is the perfect place to unwind, sip coffee on the porch watching the sun rise, and enjoy cool evenings under the stars. Whether you’re paddling, swimming, or tanning on the floating dock, this cabin was designed for relaxation and enjoyment.

This thoughtfully designed two-bedroom cabin offers floor-to-ceiling lake views, upscale linens, and peaceful seclusion. Every detail invites you to slow down and savor the season.

OUTDOOR AMENITIES
- 100 feet of private lakefront on Lermond Pond
- Private dock, canoe and kayak, and fishing poles (June thru mid-October)
- Lakeside fire pit with Adirondack seating and SoloStove on the dock
- Deck with sectional couch, dining table for 4, and a gas grill
- Sandy, gradual lake entry - ideal for swimming in warmer months
- Sun dock (floating dock in the water to tan or enjoy a beverage in warmer months)

DOG-FRIENDLY
We welcome up to two well-behaved dogs ($125 pet fee). Included: Dog bowls, bed, leash, treats, tennis balls, waste bags. Easy dock (seasonal) and shoreline access for swimming pups. Secluded location allows for long scenic walks.

Note: A 4WD vehicle is recommended from November through March when snow. The primary road to the property is plowed but has a hill.

Other things to note
Water in faucets is lake-sourced (safe for bathing/dishes/brushing teeth etc, not for drinking). Filtered drinking water is provided in the kitchen. The cabin is fully insulated with heat/AC and comfortable year-round.
