"Newly renovated. Rooms were very clean, beds were comfortable. Good location in town. Only 2 negatives, no coffee maker or micro in room. We weren't given information on the breakfast. We had an early day, and went down around 0600 in hopes of at least coffee. Nothing was available. Maybe it's later on a weekend and we were just too early, but weren't aware of the hours. Would stay again."

"Love the house! Was the perfect place for our vacation. Close to Roswell and just north of Artesia. We loved the decor, the beds were super comfy, and the property was so quiet. Sandra was great, always responsive and very helpful. We truly appreciated having the opportunity to stay at her home."

"The cabins were very well maintained and clean. The mountain setting was beautiful. , watching the sun come up while drinking a cup of freshly ground coffee was so relaxing. Listening to the rain on the tin roof was music to my ears. I would love to go back during the winter and see the ground covered in snow. The cabins are cozy and comfortable. I wish we could have stayed longer."
