"We stayed here 2 years ago and returned because we loved it so much. If you're looking for something quiet, in a beautiful little village that is close to Mayrhofen then look no further. We used the apartment as our base for skiing in the Zillertal Valley and all lifts were easy to get to in our hire car. There is a bus into Mayrhofen but we did not use it. "The property is accurately described and the apartment is furnished with everything that is needed for an extended stay. It is an easy walk down the hill to Ellmau from the apartment. The mountain views from the apartment are spectacular. The owner is very easy to communicate with and always responds in a timely fashion. Our stay was for three days and we hope to return again. "For UK guests, having to take your own bedding and towels is a negative. Location is not a two-minute walk into town: ten minutes in, nearly twenty back as it’s all up! The bus from town finishes at 5pm. Kitchenette is facilitated - just. A dining table would be nicer than the fixed worktop, especially as there is room. The specification suggests there is a bedroom but it is a studio apt with a separate bathroom. Good sized balcony and large glass doors a definite bonus with a decent view."

"Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in Mayrhofen. Zum Skibus ist es nicht sonderlich weit und man ist ruck zuck an der Penkenbahn. Im Haus war alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Hochbetten wirkten, gerade für erwachsene Personen, nicht so vertrauenserweckend. Wir haben es dem Vermieter mitgeteilt und nach unserer Abreise wurde sich dies direkt angeschaut."
