"We loved our stay here! It was exactly what we were looking for. We had 4 adults staying here and it was a great value for the space. Hosts were very responsive to questions. We would definitely stay here again! The only downside was that it was further away from downtown and the places we were visiting than we would’ve liked. We did not rent a car and took a lot of Ubers, but if you had your own car it wouldn’t be a problem."

"This 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit was a comfortable and affordable accommodation with reasonable access to public transit to get into Boston. The unit was clean. The only hiccup we had was the absence of a hair dryer. We contacted the host and within 3 minutes there was a hair dryer at our front door. The unit is in a nice residential area. If you are an extremely light sleeper, you may find the street traffic noise bothersome, but it didn’t keep us awake at night."

"We were pleasantly surprised at how nice and big this place was. In addition to the good sized bedrooms there was a very large sitting area and a very well appointed kitchen. The place was spotless. The decor was plain but nice and we were fine with it. Location is great, just off Pleasant Street (a major artery) and close to everything downtown."

Nothing was unexpected. While we did not have much communication with the property manager, the check in process and check out process we’re both smooth. The only challenge that I would mention is that there are a lot of stairs so if you have someone elderly with you, this may be a little bit difficult as the apartment...

"I’ve stayed in two of the four condos in the building. Always takes no time to settle in and feel like it’s a second home. Every amenity anyone could want along with an incredibly responsive and helpful host. My only problem is when the condos are already booked because it is really my favorite place in Newton to stay by a wide margin."
