Hotel is empty, no staff on reception,no security, have to go into a separate building where the bar is to find someone, then wait in empty hotel for them to leave the bar to check you in. Lovely place, fantastic views and in a great area to use as base to visit across the La Mancha region. Ricardo the owner is most helpful and always willing to offer great advice in places to see, where to eat etc.
