"We had reserved an apartment since we wanted an extra room with a separate sitting area. Unfortunately, it was hot and an air conditioning unit in the sitting room was out of service. Immediately, hotel staff offered us to switch for two adjacent bedrooms with an additional bed, but no sitting arrangement. Also they said that they will call a repairman to fix the problem.
