Direct access to the beautiful, well-established wooden deck with patio furniture
1 cosy bedroom with a double bed

Basement:
1 bedroom with 2 single beds (which can be converted into additional double beds if needed).
Bathroom with a walk-in shower featuring a glass partition and custom Steigerhout furniture.

The washing machine and dryer are located in the shared basement.

The highlight, especially during the cold season, is the large communal swimming pool with an attached sauna (coin-operated). Here you can relax after a long walk on the beach or a rainy summer day and then head straight back through the hallway into the Casa. You don’t have to leave the house.
