Well-kept 2 room.-Appartement on the ground floor with approx. 48 m², living room with double sofa bed, table and 2 rattan armchairs, satellite TV, compact system with CD player, south / west terrace with seating, bedroom with double bed, separate fitted kitchen with microwave, dining table with rattan chairs. Shower room / WC. The apartment has been completely re-laid with laminate. The apartment is offered as a non-smoking apartment, if you want to smoke please use the terrace. Dog keeping allowed, but must be registered in advance! WiFi is available free of charge. We assume no liability for the proper functioning of the WLAN.
Arrival is from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and departure is from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
