  • The Roseneck house is located in the so-called red settlement, in the heart of Sylt's sunny south. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance. The beaches can be reached on foot in 5 minutes. The house consists of 4 units. This apartment has just been renovated and equipped with new flooring.

    Well-kept, allergy-friendly 2 room.-Appartement on the ground floor with approx. 27 m², living room with 2-seater couch, 2 side stools, table, dining area at the window for 2 people, satellite TV, radio with CD player; Bedroom with double bed and access to the west terrace; Fitted kitchen with 2 hot plates and microwave; Bathroom with shower / toilet; the app. is completely covered with laminate. The apartment is offered as a non-smoking apartment, if you want to smoke please use the terrace. Animal husbandry is allowed, but must be registered in advance. Bed linen and towels can be ordered. WiFi is available free of charge. We assume no liability for the proper functioning of the WLAN.

    Arrival is from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and departure is from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
