This charming, thatched-roof holiday home in the Frisian style offers plenty of space for up to 6 people across approximately 100 m² spread over two levels. Nestled in the magnificent dune landscape of Hörnum on Sylt, you’ll enjoy absolute peace and quiet here, right next to the beach. A true paradise for nature lovers and anyone longing for a break from everyday life. No smoking allowed; dogs are welcome upon request.

**LIVING AND ENJOYING**
The spacious living room invites you to relax with a large corner sofa, a cosy armchair, and a TV. A dining table with 5 chairs offers plenty of space for shared meals. Thanks to the large panoramic windows facing south, the room is wonderfully bright and sunny. From here, you have direct access to the sheltered, furnished terrace with a view of the dunes and a beach chair—perfect for sunny afternoons and social evenings outdoors.

**KITCHEN WITH SYLT CHARM**
The separate kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner stove, dishwasher, drip coffee maker, and even a bread slicer. The serving hatch to the dining area makes serving meals easy and creates a pleasant, open living atmosphere.

**PURE RELAXATION IN COMFORTABLE BEDROOMS**
The house features three inviting bedrooms. The master bedroom is furnished with a spacious double bed (240x200 cm), a built-in closet, and a TV. From here, you can enjoy a spectacular ocean view—a unique setting for a restful night’s sleep. The second bedroom features two single beds (each 100x200 cm). The third bedroom is also equipped with two single beds (each 90x200 cm) and a chest of drawers, and has direct access to the first bathroom.

**COMFORTABLE BATHROOMS FOR RELAXING MOMENTS**
Two bathrooms ensure comfort and a sense of well-being: a bathroom tiled in maritime blue with a shower and natural light, which creates a genuine Sylt atmosphere, and another bathroom with a shower, toilet, hair dryer, and washing machine.

**PRACTICAL EXTRAS**
A built-in closet in the entryway offers additional storage space. In the basement, you’ll find a dryer for your laundry. Two parking spaces are available, and Wi-Fi is also provided (subject to availability).
