Located in a central yet absolutely quiet part of Hörnum, this
3-room apartment—completed in 2019 following a complete renovation—features a balcony and
terrace. The entire apartment has been consistently furnished with new pieces in the
beach house style. As soon as you enter the apartment, warm
colours and pleasant materials create a cosy atmosphere.

The holiday rental, located on the mezzanine level (a few steps) with a living area of approx.
70 square metres, has a well-designed layout and accommodates up to 6 people. Both
bedrooms are each equipped with a high-quality box-spring bed and
feature not only ample storage space in the closets with organisational systems
but also 40-inch flat-screen TVs from SAMSUNG. From one of the two bedrooms
, you can access both the balcony and the terrace (garden furniture and a beach chair are available from
April through October). The sofa bed in the living room (
) offers additional sleeping space.

The modern and spacious living room features, in addition to the sofa bed that sleeps 4
, a large velvet armchair and an extendable dining table (seating 4–6
people). Media lovers won’t be disappointed—the 55-inch Samsung
flat-screen TV ensures there’s never a dull moment, even when the weather’s bad.
Netflix access provides a wide selection of TV shows and films. Of course,
you won’t have to do without fast, free
Wi-Fi internet in our holiday rental either. For fun get-togethers with family and friends,
a collection of board and card games is available.

The new kitchen leaves nothing to be desired—in addition to a large selection of
dishes and glasses, it’s equipped with kitchen appliances such as a toaster, egg cooker,
electric kettle, and a WMF coffee maker. Here you’ll also find
two additional seats with a fold-away table. The
fully equipped kitchen also features a dishwasher, freezer, refrigerator
, and an oven with a glass-ceramic cooktop. The range hood vents steam to
the outside.

A parking space is available to you free of charge on the residential complex grounds
. (A free parking space, numbered 7, is available at your accommodation.) Dogs are welcome here upon prior notice! Directly behind
the house, there is a dog-walking area popular with dog owners. There is also
a dog beach in Hörnum.

The West Beach with its surf or the child-friendly East Beach (both
supervised by lifeguards during the season) are no more than a 10-minute walk
away. For our younger guests, there is a jungle gym with a
swing on the grounds of the residential complex.



The Möwe apartment buildings are located in a central and quiet part of Hörnum on Schulstraße. Spacious and modernised, the holiday apartments by Oltmann & Bengsch in the Möwe building leave nothing to be desired. Both beaches, the harbour, and shopping areas are just a few minutes’ walk away. The ground-floor apartments, measuring approximately 70 square metres, feature both a balcony and a south-facing terrace.
