Inzake de geluidsoverlast, het is een hotel restaurant, dit restaurant is open tot na middernacht, maar de kamers zijn er direct boven, hierdoor is het moeilijk slaap vatten door gepraat, hard gelach etc. De locatie is prima, maar wel in the middle of nowhere. "Very nice hotel near Santiago's attractions. Staff was very helpful with retrieving taxis throughout stay. Use of Keurig (only with an upgraded room apparently, otherwise there's coffee service in the lobby) was nice though we could have used a kettle as well (or in lieu of). The room was very well appointed with nice touches with two doors overlooking the garden. The small metal light next to bed runs very hot (I burnt my finger) so be careful not to touch it directly to move it around (there's a small metal attachment on the lamp I didn't see in time), but even still keep children completely away from it (imo). "
