Beautiful Gated Waterfront Condo in Heart of Horseshoe Bay, Boat Docks and WIFI

This waterfront condo is located in a private gated section just behind the Yacht Club, walking distance to Horseshoe Bay Resort. It's the perfect getaway to spend time on the lake, or just watch the ducks or beautiful sunsets on the deck with family or friends. Pull your boat right up to one of the 12 boat slips available for our building for easy access to ski, fish or just explore constant level Lake LBJ right outside your balcony. Don't have a boat? Rentals are available through one of the marinas nearby. If you prefer, you can even fish straight off of the boat docks.

This beautifully decorated condo is a great place to relax and unwind for family fun, a romantic weekend, or a great girls get together. This two bedroom, two bath condo has crown molding, tongue & groove ceiling and plank tile flooring throughout, and is located on the 2nd floor. It has a spacious master bedroom with a King bed with 400 thread count linens, dresser, two night stands, flat screen TV, and a private bathroom. The charming nautical themed second bedroom has a queen bed with 400 thread count linens, two night stands, small dresser, large walk in closet, flat screen TV, along with attached Jack and Jill bathroom. The kitchen, dining and living area are all open to each other and provide a cozy gathering place for meals and just hanging out taking in the lake views. The balcony located off of the living room is a great place to begin your day with your morning coffee, or to toast the end of a great day at the lake with a bottle of Texas wine.

The gourmet kitchen comes with granite counter-tops, stainless steel appliances, and is fully equipped with dishes, cooking pans and utensils, blender, and coffee maker. The dining room is bright and airy with seating for four at the table with a view of the lake. The beautiful living room has a love seat, two side chairs, coffee table, side tables and wall mounted flat screen TV above the fireplace. The balcony includes a love seat, and a rod iron table with two chairs, and a gas grill. The perfect spot to toast a beautiful sunset.

This home comes equipped with all the necessities for a great getaway. Your bath and bed linens are provided and the kitchen comes equipped with a starter supply of coffee, sweeteners, hand and dish soap, and paper towels. The condo includes streaming TV, complimentary Wi-Fi and a full size washer and dryer.

Please Note: Guests do not have access to Horseshoe Bay Resort amenities with this rental.

Awesome place

Very easy access. Loved sitting on balcony and watching the boats. Even got to listen to some live music one night that was awesome. Only negative was there isn’t a closet in one of the bedrooms.

Waterfront Beauty

My family loves this condo; there’s plenty of room for our family of 4. We also love the water access for our boat, swimming, and fishing. The view is amazing and it’s so peaceful in this cove. Absolute hands down a fantastic place to stay.

Couples boat trip to Lake LBJ

The property was perfect and exactly what we wanted, a place on the water where we could park the boat and be close to the resort (resort is literally 100 yards away, we love the resort pool atmosphere!). I loved being able to have the boat right beneath our balcony so I could keep an eye on it and so easy to get in and out of it. We will be back!

Awesome and easy

I can't thank the owners enough for our stay. The condo was perfect and beautiful. The communication and direction on everything was the easiest of all the VRBO's we have stayed. Having the boat dock right out side made it so nice to bring our boat and have it right outside. The bottle of wine left for us by the owners was the topper of the stay. We will be back.

Great location and very clean and well maintained unit.

Unit is a great location right in the water with a great view of the bay. Unit is smaller so just be aware it’s not huge but has two full bedrooms and two full baths. It is also easy walking to the local restaurants at the resort and has boat dock right out front. AC and all the stuff in the unit worked great with exception of the wireless internet which had a very weak signal and slow speed. This is also probably the cleanest VRBO I have ever seen. Nicely done.

March stay in Horseshoe Bay

This was our first time to stay in Horseshoe Bay after having stayed in Marble Falls/Granite Shoals houses several times before. As snowbirds, we look for quality short-term accommodations. This cozy condo was perfect for my husband and I. The hosts were wonderful to work with and extremely quick to respond to any questions/issues we had during our stay. Horseshoe Bay Resort is a beautiful area but the inability to take advantage of their facilities did make us feel like we were outsiders. Having access to only one parking spot with no where for visitors to park is an inconvenience. Other than that, we loved being able to sit on the balcony and enjoy the lake. The condo is well-appointed and lovely. Highly recommend.
