The Space:
This comfortable 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo is a relaxing home base for lake days and nearby exploring. The living area offers space to unwind and includes a full-size sleeper sofa for extra guests. Step outside to enjoy the outdoor seating area and BBQ grill—perfect for simple cookouts after a day on the water.
You’ll have WiFi for staying connected and a laptop-friendly workspace if you need to catch up on emails. A private washer and dryer make longer stays easy. When it’s time to wind down, the primary suite features a king bed and ensuite bathroom, while the second bedroom offers a full-size bed with access to a shared bathroom.
Community amenities include a seasonal pool and hot tub, and the building has elevator access. Parking is convenient with one designated space in the garage.

Important Things to Note
• No pets or smoking allowed.
• Parking: One designated parking space is provided in the complex’s parking garage. Please plan accordingly if arriving with more than one vehicle.
• Stairs/Elevator: There is an elevator in the building. It’s operated by building management and typically available; in the event of maintenance or an outage, stairs will be required.
• Self check-in with a smart lock.
• Pool & hot tub: These are shared community amenities and are subject to seasonal hours and occasional closures.
• Private washer and dryer in the unit.
• Free on-site parking (one garage space as noted above).
• WiFi is provided; however, due to the area’s more rural infrastructure, speed and reliability can vary and are not guaranteed.
• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.
• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!
• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.
• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.

Nearby logistics: Within about a 5-minute drive you can visit Horseshoe Bay Nature Park, enjoy shaded walking paths and lake views at Martin Park, or take a dip at the Horseshoe Bay Floating Pool.
