  • Escape to the Cape at this perfect second-floor condo overlooking the marina. This spacious and inviting vacation rental features a well-equipped, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar. Meet up for more elaborate meals at the adjacent table, or head out to the furnished and covered balcony to enjoy dining in the open air with the aid of your electric grill. The sunlit living area welcomes you with comfortable leather furniture and a TV for streaming your favorite channels. And on-site, you and your guests will also enjoy lush, landscaped gardens, intersecting golf cart paths, a glittering pool, and easy lake access. Please note that the elevator is currently out of order. This property is on the 2nd floor and can only be accessed by the stairwell. Vacasa does not manage building amenities and features outside of the home, including the parking lot, elevators, and exterior.

Very relaxing stay

Once again, we had a very enjoyable & relaxing stay at the condo. The patio has a small grill which makes it absolutely wonderful. The condo is also well equipped; the only suggestion I would make is to add a pitcher so iced tea could be made.

The balcony view to the lake was very peaceful. Loved sitting in the mornings and evenings watching the boats. Easy to get to, easy parking, clean, awesome unit. Had brunch at the grill within walking distance. Will likely be back!

We stayed for 2 days. The apartment is big and very clean with kitchen with lot of pots/pans and cutlery. The balcony needs some cleaning and one of the fan was not working. This is not a big negative but good if they address. We enjoyed the big balcony and beautiful views.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Waters Condo Building 3. We have rented many places from VRBO but this was the absolute best. The afternoon view from the balcony was a lovely end to each day. If we could have changed two things, it would have been 100% perfect. Our only complaints were the parking garage, the spaces are too small when you have cars or posts on both sides and the door lock to the condo. We had problems with the door lock from the first day. On our last day, it quit working altogether. We called Vacasa guest services and they resolved the issue immediately. We will definitely stay here any time we are in the area and have recommended this place to all of our friends and family.
