"Absolutely no amenities. Breakfast is at the hotel next door. The pool is the hotel next door. No phone in the room to contact reception. Power outlet by the bed is not standard. Shower was a trickle in the morning. "

"I organised a large family gathering at this hotel to celebrate finishing south West coast path. The breakfast and dinner every night was fantastic served by a brilliant team. The location is great and in a beautiful area , used the heated outdoor pool several times. Lots of nice areas outside and in to relax . Hotel rooms need updating but overall this didn’t affect our stay . Great value and recommend. "

"Great location, parking onsite is chargeable but discounted for guests, spa is changeable but again discounted for guests. A piol and gym is free to use. Our room was great and the staff wete brilliant. Breakfast was very good and great variety. We also ate an evening meal here one night and that too was excellent. "

"Room was nice, got an upgrade to a nicer room upon check in which was great. Could do with more staff on breakfast times but the one chap that was on was really helpful and lovely to speak to."

"A lovely hotel and very accommodating. They were happy to store my bike for me overnight and looked after my bag before and after check in. A great selection on the tea tray and a lovely touch with the radio in the room playing classical music when I arrived. It was a relaxing stay"
