"I am so upset with the hotel and the attitude of the staff and the condition of the hotel facilities that I will never suggest anyone else to go to this hotel. The hotel is very cold. The heating facilities are zero. The attitude of the staff is very poor in solving the problem"

"The hotel was meant to be decent with a good breakfast; however, there was minimal breakfast served. When questioned the staff (who can't speak English) they said there were not many guests staying at the hotel; therefore, they didn't have to serve a full breakfast. An example is when we asked for bread for breakfast, they did not have any, and this was meant to be a buffet breakfast. To top that up, they didn't turn on the heaters in the dining area in the middle of winter, so not only was there no breakfast, but there was also no air conditioning. Disgusting service. "
