I was fortunate to get a room upgrade which I’m grateful for and got to be in the over water bungalows. The food was delicious, especially the lobster!! The staff, location… I reiterate, everything! "While there is no beach on site, we had plenty to do. We truly enjoyed nature and the magical jungle within the hotel. This was our second visit and definitely coming back. The restaurant, is the only downer, very expensive, very limited choices and they bring you all the food at the same time, though we explained that we want this first that that later, the excuse was, kitchen prepares it this way and we have to bring it .... Now the SPA personnel are amazing, friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating they go out of their way to accommodate your needs. "

"There was an issue with the room because of heavy rains and nothing under the hotels control, but the way the team handled everything was truly outstanding. The staff were attentive, professional, and genuinely eager to make things right. They went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable and well taken care of, which made all the difference. Despite the hiccup, I left with a very positive impression and would happily stay here again. The hotel is in a great location and the beach club is really nice! We even saw dolphins in the sea when sitting at the pool's bar which was insane. "

Great accommodations in cabin for one. Food was a work of art and delicious. Fun games, activities. Loved the sloth in the trees, red frog on the walking path in the jungle hike. 10 out of 10."
