The Real was Real Pleased
My Girls' Trip Group are known as The Real. We had a great time on the property and the house was exactly as described. We had one problem while there, but Seth walked us through it and was out the next morning to help us navigate our check out experience. We were real pleased.

Just as advertised
The house as just as it appears in the photos. This worked perfect for our group as it had bathrooms for each bedroom so everyone had their privacy. We enjoyed the large and well stocked kitchen as well as comfortable outdoor seating. The house is not far off the main road compared to other lake properties I’ve stayed at which made going into town convenient.

Great stay!
The property was perfect for our group of 18. We had plenty of gathering space, plenty of beds, and the kitchen was amazing, with plenty of everything for our large group! The hot tub was a treat in the cold weather! The elevator was needed for our elderly family members that were with us, too. The check-in was seamless, the host was very helpful, efficient, and communicated clearly with us. Will definitely stay here again when our group next gathers in Hot Springs!

Large Family with ADA Needs
The property and house were absolutely amazing. We had a large group of 17, age range from 9 to 73, with one in a full motorized wheelchair. The house was very open and accessible for the wheelchair; porches, patios, etc. The elevator was a little tight for the large wheelchair but we were able to maneuver without incident. The house offered everyone enough room to have their own space but also plenty of gathering areas as well! As other reviews state..you don’t even want to leave the property since there is so much to enjoy there. We spent most of our time in the pool or floating around on the lake but if you wanted it was just a short trip into town. Highly recommend this property for your next gathering!

Fabulous Week
This house was unbelievably beautiful and decorated perfectly in a beach setting. The view was outstanding and sunsets were gorgeous. We all fell in love with the kitchen. Two refrigerators, two ovens, two microwaves and best of all—-two ice makers! We had our 4 grown and married kids and 10 grandchildren with us ranging from 3 months to 20—and every had enough space to chill out. Unfortunately, the weather was HOT all week long! We’re from St. Louis so we know hot weather!

"R" Family Vaca!
All of us enjoyed out stay here! We are a family of 20 - there was plenty of room for everyone to hang out and sleep! The kitchen was great! Sooo much room - 2 of every appliance - including ice machines! It certainly worked for our large family! Outdoor pool/putting green and play area was wonderful too! Great place for a family vacation! Also - the view and sunsets were amazing!

Our family reunion
The house was everything we needed and more. We all had a wonderful time. We had 12 family members, plenty of room for all. From drinking my morning cup of coffee out on the extra wide porch while listening to the waterfall. So very relaxing to drinking a glass of wine watching the sunset. This home is a must go to again.

5 star in every way
Seth was extremely responsive, helpful, patient with all of our questions, and johnny-on-the-spot when we needed help at the house. The furniture was new and comfortable. The seating for all eleven of us was easy and we could gather together inside and outside. The beds were comfy and the hot tub and pool were perfect. Using the elevetor to move in and out made life so much easier. We loved the lighting the spaciousness so much that we are ready to book again. Next time we will remember to bring sharp knives that haven't been used by so many people and maybe a plastic cutting board for meat that can be put in one of the two dishwasters. We did a lot of cooking so we needed a few more things that others might not, but there were lots of spices to choose from. We planned to go to another state next year, but found this house to be perfect and Seth so enjoyable that we plan to return here rather than our previous plans.

Big House on Lake Hamilton
Plenty of room on Lake Hamilton. Built for vacation rental so everything was more than adequate. Extra amenities were outstanding. As with all rentals however, vacation comes to a screeching hault on departure day when you get to strip the beds, take out the trash, load and start the dishwasher in spite of a more than hefty “cleaning” fee.

Beautiful vacation home
The house was amazing. Plenty of space for 8 ladies doing a getaway trip. 2 of everything in the kitchen (stoves, microwaves, refrigerators, 3 sinks). Plenty of space for multiple families. Pool and hot tub were a hit. Beautiful landscaping and view of the lane.

Absolutely Perfect Stay!
Everything was absolutely perfect. The ambiance of the home set the tone for the perfect weekend of family and friends. The decorations and color scheme gave us all the feel of being on the beach (Destin). The part of the home facing the lake was a beautiful site for us as we watched the sun set each evening. The pool was amazing and enjoyed by our sons. While the adults enjoyed the jacuzzi. Basic necessities were initially provided and we brought our own for use. The master bedroom and bathroom was extremely huge. Mattresses were comfortable and the temperature of the home was perfect. Overall our stay was perfect. The host provided his information in the event that we had any issues, but we didn’t have any problems at all! I would definitely recommend!

Relax Lane Family Funcation: Hot Springs New Year
We ALL had a BLAST! Weather was way-better than forecasted. Layout of the property is totally on point- all 3 levels; full-size restrooms for each bedroom-an absolute WIN-WIN + Washer & Dryer on both floors with bedrooms!! The 2s still have my❤️ smiling; 2 fridges, 2 microwaves, 2 dishwashers, 2 ice makers accompany 3 separate sinks, each with diposals‼️ IF I didn't mention, the layout is IMMACULATE 😉 Only negative experience was plumbing problems for roughly a day & 1/2 on New Years Eve that property manager Seth directed immediate attention! Disappointed local plumbers flaked on or refused to provide service because it was NYE. Customer service norm???? Deck/balcony/patio lights gave us problems the 1st night so having service assistance onsight / early the next morning helped as he changed-out bulbs so,maybe checking such amenities after every few visits could prove beneficial, if not already the norm. Plumbing limitations ultimately delayed meal preparation that also took time away / replaced some sightseeing activities, etc. I am hopefully expecting management/owners take the unfortunate experience into consideration and of incentivize accordingly.

At two and a half years old, this house has 102 reviews; 99 of them are 5-stars and the other 3, including yours, are 4-stars. We sincerely apologize! While most property owners and managers would be happy with a 97% 5-star rating, we are not. Our goal is 100% 5-stars. We definitely did not expect a plumbing issue of that magnitude and we cannot express how grateful we were for your patience while we got it fixed for you. We have been in contact with plumbing experts as well as the builder of the house. We will soon be in the process of removing the flooring on the ground floor and busting out the concrete to rerun the pipes so this will never happen to anyone again! Thank you, Seth

Great set up for a large group. Great kitchen. Great appliances. Great view. Suggestions: bunk room beds are for kids only. Not good for old backs. Need more dish towels in kitchen. We weren’t told to bring any and 4-5 when you have a group of 16 is definitely not enough. Gotta get the plumbing issues worked out. Had people in the house for 10+ hours of our stay trying to get it fixed. Happy they were there to fix, but it definitely messed with the overall flow and plans for our time there. Elevator worked intermittently. Not a problem for us, but if you have people who will rely on it, it should be looked at.

Emily, Thank you for your review. We sincerely apologize for the plumbing issues. That issue was easily the worst issue we have experienced in our 14 years of owning luxury vacation homes. We were finally able to get someone with the equipment to clear the clog, it was a significant clog caused by something that was never meant to be put into drains. I wish you would have contacted me about the elevator, it was just a simple issue of the accordion door not being closed completely, so there was nothing wrong with the elevator. I genuinely appreciate your feedback on towels and the bunks, it is clear communication like this that allows us to provide our typical 5-star experience. We regret that you were one of the rare few that did not have the truly wonderful experience we strive to provide to everyone that stays with us.

Wolfpack Annual Trip
We were in awed as we walked in. Everything about the home was far above our expectations. This is our 3rd Annual trip to Hotsprings and the best home we have stayed at thus far. We thought the other homes were great but this one take the cake. We had a issue with one of the dishwasher but was told how to correct it. Also we didn't like the fact that you could see straight in the front door even at night. We liked the fact of each couple having their on bedroom w/bathroom. Since it was only 5 couple their was an extra bedroom were we set up for the Masseuse to give our massages. We would give this property a 5 Star rating 🤗

Beautiful house, beautiful location.
Absolutely loved the house. We were a group 6 couples over the age of 55. This couldn’t have a more perfect house for us. All 6 bedrooms were great. The house is set up exactly for a group like this. Plenty of parking for all of our cars. The kitchen has two of everything. Two refrigerators, two sinks, two dishwashers. Two ovens. Two in counter ice makers. The dining and living areas were awesome. The view is spectacular. I don’t have a negative thing to say about the house. No one wanted to leave. I hope we can do this again soon.

Definition of perfection
We had the absolute best time staying at this gorgeous property right on Lake Hamilton! The was was so welcoming and accommodating for our extended family vacation. Every detail was thought of to make our stay special. And if you are into doubling your pleasure, this house is for you- two ovens, two ice makers, two microwaves and the list goes on! Chose this home for the best vacation ever, especially for the view at sunset from the decks!

Gorgeous Property
This home was the nicest short term rental property I’ve ever seen! It’s absolutely luxurious! The wedding party for my daughter’s wedding, and they were blown away. The pool and putting green were the finishing touches. This is a perfect house for large groups! It even has an elevator!!

Family Getaway
This property was everything it promised to be and more.. We had plenty of room for my parents, my brothers’ family and mine. It offered a very relaxing stay for us all. It’s close enough to the state parks and a night out to eat or delivery and far enough to feel secluded in the peace and serenity of the lake. All our questions were quickly answered by our host. He was most helpful with suggestions and answers. Home was clean and tidy!

We have a family member that is in a wheelchair and this home has almost everything we need ( there are no grab bars in the bathroom). The home is BEAUTIFUL inside and out. Extremely spacious, lots of living space inside and out.

We had a wonderful stay! The kitchen was amazing for a group of our size. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was extremely convenient. The outside space was enjoyable for the kids abs adults. Bonus that there was a pack-n-play and high chair in home.

WOW! This beautiful property and management team is everything you could hope for!

This property was amazing!!! The most fully stocked fridge! Wonderful bedrooms all with their own bath. The most beautiful views! Seth was amazing and super responsive! We will be back for sure!!

Spring Break Trip
This house was the perfect size for the 19 of us. It was very clean. When we had something come up, Seth was awesome to deal with. The house is also very convenient to all the local attractions.

Beautiful place + Awesome time = Great memories . Shout-out and Big Thanks to Seth & his team for providing our family with such a wonderful place. In addition, the hospitality was so very comforting. Absolutely no regrets other than having to leave.... although I was still pretty relaxed even days after getting back home. Successful vacation in my book. We'll be returning in the near future for certain.

Amazing house!
The property is amazing! The house is beautiful. The property owner is very helpful with suggestions for things to do! We had an issue with the elevator and someone arrived quickly to help. I would definitely recommend this house!!

Handicap review
This place was PERFECT for our handicap needs. Perfect customer service. Upon arrival the driveway easily can fit a few cars. We had 4 vehicles total: truck, handicap van, minivan, & large suv. Getting out of the handicap van our loved one easily went up the concrete ramp entry to the front door. He is quadriplegic so his wheel chair is super expensive and an extension of him. He easily fit through the front door The main level at entry is the large open great room, kitchen, and 1/2 bath. This huge lay out was great for everyone having space for multiple family clusters of conversation. Dad watch tv, kids playing board games, ladies with infants in the sitting area of swivel ricking chairs. Kitchen island height is handicap perfect, also curves in so handicap can feel apart of the conversation at the island. Elevator Elevator can hold 950lbs. It easily took our loved one to lower level to handicap bedroom with full wheel chair access shower. We had a 1 hiccup where the elevator door would not open and loved one was stuck on lower level. Seth (property manager) and his staff were over in less than 10 min to fix it. Please note: please don’t jump and play in elevator. Us handicap families actually need the elevator. Jumping in an elevator just before it stops causes an elevator to sink. Honor the weight requirement. Please think of the rare places a handicap family can go. Rooms Are amazing. No one felt like they had a bad room. My husband and I slept in a double Queen room on top floor. The private bath was a shower tub combo great for our infants. View overlooked lake Also upstairs was a laundry machine. Wonderful for easily washing kids clothes after a full day of okay Also top floor is bunk bed room and 2 more bathrooms. The boys ages 5-14 loved it up there. Lower level had 4 bedrooms. Handicap room with private handicap bath overlooks view of water. Another bedroom with single bed (I can’t remember if Queen or king) also overlooked the views. The exit to the backyard was also flat and easy for handicap entry. A laundry area was also lower level to easily wash clothes. 2 more bedrooms downstairs. A double bed bedroom with bath. And a single Queen with bath. Outdoors was wonderful. A hot tub, pool (was out of season and freezing cold. We went Feb and there was icicles and ice on the ground). Kids played a little golf. It was perfect!!!!

This was a perfect girl’s getaway stay.
This was the perfect place for my team’s incentive trip. It was even better than I expected. I wanted my ladies to feel pampered and loved and this was definitely the place to do that. We all had ample space and this house met all of our needs. We enjoyed the beautiful views. Seth was so quick to respond to any questions that I had. A+

We loved it!
There were 16 people in our group, and we all had plenty of room to moved around and gather. Seth answered every question and was more than accommodating. We enjoyed the kitchen with double EVERYTHING, and the hot tub was perfect. Beautiful home, plenty of bathrooms, awesome experience!
