Are you a horse Trainer, Jockey or traveling Nurse? Coming to Hot Springs for several months and looking for a safe convenient place to stay that's affordable for an extended stay? We will discount this property for any of the above to $65 a night for a 30 night+ stay.

Contact me and advise you want an extended stay and we will approve a deal that works.

Spacious living area with a smart TV,, fully equipped kitchen, full bathroom with a large shower/tub, large bedroom with TV, & USB chargers thru-out. Private fenced yard with BBQ grill. You can enjoy hikes up & around the mountain less than a mile out the front door. Walk or drive along a shady Historic District street of houses to downtown, bathhouses row, many stores, & of course the national park and its' famous waters. Extra guests?
