Great condo, very pretty, safe and secure. Very clean and comfortable, everything you could need was thought of and provided. Comfortable beds, great location…worked very well for our plans and your host, Kim, is just super. We had a wonderful time and will definitely stay here on our next visit, it was perfect!

Very nice condo, decorated very pleasantly. Stocked and ready to receive, I feel like it’s a woman who stocks it because even little things are thought of. Great view. Would love to go back when warmer and enjoy more of the lake.

We had a great time in Hot Springs, AR. The condo was super nice, clean and in a great location. The owner was very communicative and checked to make sure we had everything we needed and that we were able to check in quickly. We will definitely rent here on our next trip to Arkansas!

The lake views from this condo were absolutely wonderful. We spent almost the entirety of this trip enjoying the balcony space. Every bit of this condo was well thought out and purposeful and kitchen was stocked with everything needed. This was the perfect place for a couple's weekend.

Who wouldn't want to wake up to boat sounds on the lake and ducks quacking below? A paradise from city life for sure! Not your Hobby Lobby decor welcoming you to lake living but exquisite taste in every way! Well done! Perfection! We will definitely be back!

Well Appointed With A View!

Thank you, Kim! Tastefully put together comfortably sublime. Hot Springs was our destination for my daughter’s birthday celebration. The very clean well appointed condo provided plenty of room for us to spread out and enjoy ourselves as well as hangout together. The patio is very large and comfortable. Open the curtains for the spectacular views of lake Hamilton! We did and enjoyed the gorgeous weather mostly spending our time on the patio with a view.

As advertised!

We spent 2 nights at this property and would definitely book again! The condo is just right. We found it immaculately clean. The king bed is medium firm which is what we prefer. Glad I brought my own firm pillows because the ones there are too soft for us. All the furniture is high quality as well. AC worked well, great shower, everything. I also loved the swimming pool! I also love that the door lock code is programmed as your phone number so it’s easy to remember, plus it gives you the security that it’s being changed with every rental. So the previous guest can’t just randomly walk in, not that they would but I like this better. The only thing I’d mention and this doesn’t even reflect on the owner is that the staircase up to the condo felt a bit sketchy. I am however well over 300lbs myself, but even my wife didn’t love them. They are a bit creaky and probably due to be updated. But that’s more of an HOA thing. Awesome experience and will be back!

Great Place to Stay in Hot Springs!

Fantastic condo! Wife and I loved the decor, the view of Lake Hamilton, the quiet location, all perfect.
