About this property

Lakeside Cottage, cleaned and managed by owner

  • Now allowing 1 night stays Sun - Wed. The nightly rate is all you pay. We do not charge a cleaning fee. We have many guests return to our property several times a year. We are grateful for all our guests, and you will feel it when you stay with us.

    What a great little getaway. This is a stand alone Cottage in a gated community on "cottage row". The unit has been updated to add modern amenities while maintaining the charm of its beginnings. The Cottage is cleaned and managed by me (the owner). I will text you with check in information the day before your arrival so you have my contact information. Should you need anything during your stay, you can always reach out to me! I'm glad to offer help in any way I can.

The cottage was decorated so cute and felt very homey. The views of the lake were awesome. We enjoyed sitting outside on the deck evening and morning. And most importantly, it was very clean and had everything we needed and more. My friends and I would definitely recommend it.

Million dollar view, central location to Hot Springs downtown

The property exceeded our expectations. Fantastic lake views from both the living room and the master bedroom. Bonus outdoor deck on the side of the house! The property owner has thought about everything needed, including carport parking. We will definitely be back!

This cottage by the lake is perfect! Nicely decorated with beautiful views! We decided to stay here for a quick get away because of the excellent reviews. We only live about 30 minutes from hot springs but will be using this place more often for short get aways. It is as described. Clean, cozy, easy access to everything in Hot Springs. The owner goes above and beyond with excellent communication. Highly recommended!
