Not what I expected
It was nice being on the water but it smelled like Marijuana. My husband ended up with a splinter in his arm from the balcony which got infected. Did enjoy getting away for the weekend though.

Peaceful!
We enjoyed our getaway, had a little trouble with a bad breaker, but the lady got right on it and we had electric shortly after. Everyone was really friendly. Room was clean and it was a quiet peaceful place to spend the weekend. We will be returning

The place was dirty. I had to clean the toilet and any dishes before we used them. Couldn’t see out the windows or the tv cuz they were so smeared. Perfect location though. Won’t be back

I have no complaints about my condo ..nice place stayed there w my wife .place came equipped w all the comforts of home looks like yall thought of everything. had family from littlerock come by and hang out we bbq, swam and fished .. nice visit.. someone in a honda accord stayed in my assigned spot almost my whole stay .. so i had to park in the grass..couldnt figure out were he was staying but he came andbwent all day ..i absolutely would stay here again but if i did id want to stay in unit 10 again ..ty

Overall great!! Needs a little better A/C
I was worried when we pulled up by the looks of the property outside. It could be updated some. However the inside was updated and very clean! We had a window unit that blew awesome and extremely cold air but it just isn’t positioned great. The way the space is laid out, the air blew directly into the kitchen. It did cool the entire space though. We like to be extra cool at night especially with how hot it is outside right now. There was a box fan provided and we were able to get an extension cord and plug in the fan and position it in front of the window unit to blow towards the bed which helped tremendously. Overall it was a great stay and we would stay there again.

This is a very nice property. The condo was small, but it had everything we needed. We loved the fact that it is right on the lake, and we could actually fish from our balcony. Everyone we met on property was nice and welcoming and the Casino, Walmart, Sam's and the downtown area weren't far and were easy to find. We had a great relaxing time and will definitely come back. We actually caught fish. Thanks for allowing us to enjoy your property.
