This one level, gated property, with no steps to enter, condo has a boat slip. Pool, covered parking, parking spot A4, 2 large bedrooms, 1/king, 1/queen,1/Razorback reading room w/ 2 twin day beds, ceiling fans in all rooms and beautiful lake view, very close to airport. Televisions in all bedrooms and Razorback reading room and living room, full size washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen. GREAT DECK TO SIT AND WATCH THE WORLD GO BY AND PRAY THE WORLD SLOWS DOWN. Two bathrooms one handicapped shower bath and master en suite shower with tub.>Tennis court that also has stripeng for pickle ball play.Swimming pool open<>This property has its own covered parking spot clearly marked A4, for our unit, plenty extra parking. Lake facing with boat dock. Room for trailer parking at top of hill and security gate. A charcoal grill is available in the parking lot with a bench for resting bring your charcoal, there is another located near the tennis court. Enjoy. Well Appointed Condo

We were all thrilled with both the beauty and well adorned with every appliance and cooking dish ever needed.Although we did not watch tv there were large tvs in every bedroom and living area. I would highly recommend this property.

Great condo! We stayed during the middle of the week so it was nice and quiet. This is a lower floor so was great for those of us who don't do stairs. It was so convenient to walk straight in from the parking lot. the unit was meticously clean. We appreciated the addition of complimentary toiletries. The weather was a little chilly so we weren't able to sit on the balcony for morning coffee but the unit has wonderful glassed in front facing the lake so we had excellent views.

The property was in a great location for access to Hot Springs. Beautiful view of Lake Hamilton. Great kitchen and living room. Bedrooms and bathrooms we’re comfortable. We will definitely come back!

Beautiful condo

My family and I loved this property! Condo was gorgeous, fully stocked, and with all the amenities we needed to make our stay incredibly comfortable. We loved waking up every morning to the beautiful lake view and the location couldn't be beat. Close to downtown, restaurants, shopping and the ballparks where my granddaughter was playing in a tournament. Anne and her husband were wonderful hosts, ensuring that we had everything needed to make our vacation the best! Highly recommend!!

It is a gorgeous condo on the lake.It is as beautiful as the pictures posted or even more beautiful. Bedrooms are all roomy. Plenty of sitting space for all in dining room and living room. The Condo was equipped with everything we could possible need.

Wonderful Place

The property was so very nice and loved that it is in a gated area. The property has everything you need, loved the location and enjoyed sitting out on the deck and watching the boats. We did rent a boat from Hot Springs Marina for 2 days and it was so nice having somewhere to dock it there where we were staying. I will say my legs are feeling the pain from the steep incline you have to walk up and down to get to the boat dock, but it was so very nice. I highly recommend!

Wonderful location!

This was for a girls group trip and we had the best time! The condo was so nice and we felt very safe. The view of the lake was beautiful! We were only less than 15 minutes to every place that we visited. Eureka Springs did not disappoint! Lots of fun shops and restaurants to eat at. We also had a fun craft party at Hammer and Stain, took the Trolley ride, and visited the Bath Houses. We would recommend them all! Such a great little town with a lot of neat history.

Lake view condo

If you are looking for a place to bring your boat this is the place for you. Just bring your bumpers. Enjoyed sitting on the deck and watching the boats go by. We all enjoyed the pool. It is conveniently located near the condo. Plenty of parking space.

The Goods

The property has great parking and no stairs, nice. The ac was on and the home felt great. Everything inside was nice, clean, with a view of other homes and the lake. The only thing we would recommend are new mattresses. My daughter and her friend sleep great, 22 years old. Myself, my wife and our friends didn't get much sleep, 50+crew. The mattresses are extremely soft and felt like sleeping in a hole. We would definitely stay again if we know the mattresses have been changed.
