Lake Hamilton Hideaway

This spacious 1400+ sq. foot condo has a beautiful view of Lake Hamilton from it's big picture windows and two balconies. It is centrally located just off Central Ave., the main street through Hot Springs, 7 mins from Oaklawn and just 14 mins from downtown. It is thoroughly updated including all new windows. The large family room has a 65" big screen TV and two couches. One couch is a queen size sleeper and the other two built-in recliners. There are also TVs in both bedrooms. Whether enjoying our spectacular sunrises with a cup of coffee or relaxing by the pool with a cold beverage, you will feel right at home. Enjoy fine dining close by or in the historic downtown district, or have a cold brew at one of the local microbreweries. Hot Springs offers something for everyone. From swimming or fishing in the lake, duck boating, enjoying the thrills of Magic Springs theme park, strolling through Garvin Gardens Botanical Gardens, or mountain biking or hiking through countless miles of trails in the Ouachita National Forest. You will never be bored. Weekends are packed with fairs, concerts, art exhibits and galleries. Come and enjoy the good life in the natural state. Although our condo is on the first floor, there are 12 steps down to the front door.

Family visit to Lake Hamilton

Spring Break Family Vacation

Our family of soon to be 5 love staying at this property! It is well appointed, clean, and in a great area. We have quick access to fishing, restaurants, and the grocery store. We also had a spectacular view of the lunar eclipse this time! See you again soon!

So Very Nice

Our visit to Hot Springs was a week getaway to rest and recharge. The check in process was so easy and the condo quickly felt like home. The condo was just as pictured with beautiful views and tons of extras.Bed was so comfortable ! The location and recommendations were great! Would definitely stay again!

This property is on the shore of Lake Hamilton. Very quiet and nice to watch pontoon boats glide around. Close to everything! Condo was spotless and fully equipped with everything you need. We will return to this property!

Family Vacation

We took a family vacation to Arkansas and this place was terrific. It was super convenient to everything in Hot Springs, but also secluded enough that we did not feel like we were in the city. The inside was just as described. The tennis court also had a pickleball net and a basketball goal. The beds, pillows, and couches were all comfortable. The hosts were easy to communicate with.

Place was very clean. The view from the balcony was fantastic. Communication with owner was great. Stairs getting in are a bear if that is something that would bother you. Other than that, great location to be home base to do and see things around central Arkansas!!

Great stay

We had a great stay at this condo. Due to unfortunate weather the dock was destroyed but John made sure we still had a place to keep our boat. He was very friendly and tentative. Helped us get the boat unloaded and everything. The pool is a crossed the road but there is guest parking and easy to get over there for pool time. Had everything we needed plus some in the kitchen. Would definitely stay here again.

It was OK

I’ve booked many condos at this complex over the years for our couple friends for long weekends of racing and this was our least favorite. It’s a lovely complex in a great location but this particular condo was just ok. I knew upfront there are 12 stairs down so that was not an issue but what I did not realize there are 2 buildings completely separate from the other 8 and inside a different gate. It was inconvenient for going back and forth to our other group’s unit. Most of the condos at this point have been updated, this one has not been. It was comfortable enough and the price was certainly reasonable. Our friends staying with us said they would stay there again so maybe I need to lower my standards, especially with the lower nightly fees.
