We were on a girls trip, 4 of us, and we were thrilled with the condo. Amenities were nice, there is a keurig coffee pot that isn't listed on the amenities.We will definitely stay again.

Perfect Getaway with all the comforts

This property is well kept and in the perfect location from anything you made need while staying there. The view is beautiful and quite breathe taking early in the morning as you watch the sunrise. The property grounds was very clean with great landscaping.

Women’s trip

Two night stay for horses races and property was just as advertised. Room was clean and area was well maintained. We went middle of March so did not use pool area. Covered parking was nice as it rained one day we were there.

The POOL is HUGE & is well kept. Great condo with lakeview, v nice “big”room as seen in pic. If condo had a vaccum cleaner, I couldn’t find. Cool stuff like a wine cooler, nicely decorated, board games, gated property, conveniently located, restaurants nearby, property is ON the lake, kitchen has a keurig only, but stocked nicely stocked w sugar/creamer-kitchen stocked with all the utensils you will need-knives, etc. will stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay in Little Rock! The property was exceptionally clean and located in a gated community, which made us feel very secure. One of the highlights was the thoughtful touch from the owner—they left us plenty of coffee, which we really appreciated! It made our mornings so much better. Overall, a fantastic experience. Everything was absolutely great from the booking to checking in to the entire stay. The condo was beautiful just like the pictures. I couldn't have asked for a better location to celebrate my birthday. This beautiful community was close to everything. We enjoyed great restaurants, site seeing and shopping. Perfect spot short drive from downtown

The pictures are exactly how the place looks, and was so cozy. We loved that we weren't right downtown so even with other guests and families, the community was a little quieter. When we wanted some bustle we ubered or drove to downtown Hot Springs which was a great experience. Then came back to unwind at the pool or on the balcony. Liked it enough I told my parents to stay on an upcoming trip.

Great Spring Break!

Our family loved this property. The condo was beautiful, and the home touches of snacks, coffee, etc. were so welcoming. The property was close to everything we wanted to do but on the lake which made it feel peaceful. I look forward to renting this condo again. You couldn’t ask for better communication with this property. They were a delight to work with!
